With the continuous development of China's social economy,the consumption behavior and demand of the general public as consumers are constantly changing.Mass consumption began to move from a single to a multi-level,diversified trend,and the consumer groups in the society are beginning to be subdivided,and a variety of niche consumer groups have emerged.Consumers in different groups have gradually different demand for products,which has led to the continuous breakdown of product user groups.Through the research on current furniture products and their consumer groups,it is found that furniture companies still generally adopt product function-oriented product design and service,which leads to the disconnection between the design and service content of furniture products and the demand and expectation of consumers and users.At the same time,within the consumer groups of furniture products,as a youth group of the main consumer,the demand has received little attention.Therefore,this thesis takes this youth group under the status of individual residence as the specific research object,carries out the innovative design of household products and their corresponding models,systematically adopts the all-dimensional multi-dimensional design form of “ product + service ” to bring the target group Excellent product experience and good service process.This paper attempts to explore the potential design requirements of furniture products from the perspective of product service systems.The specific research process is mainly introduced into the design of furniture product service system through group culture.Firstly,the relevant research methods for the lifestyle and cultural phenomena of the population are extracted from the methods of group culture research as the research methods and means of the preliminary design research,and the potential demand of the individual user groups living alone is excavated,and then the service and use form of the products are judged.Secondly,based on the research on product life cycle process in product service system design theory,it expands the current status of furniture products and service mode,and analyzes the current industrial process status of furniture products and the relationship among various stakeholders.And theproblems in each link.Finally,based on the above analysis,innovatively designed a product service system for the consumption and service of the solitary youth group,and through the construction of the service system map and service blueprint,the innovative application of the furniture product service process and business model.In the three aspects of table and chair furniture products,brand visual identity and product service interface,systematic and comprehensive product service system design is carried out to form a complete set of furniture product service system design evidence.
