According to China environmental status 2015 show that in 2015,the country's 338 prefecture-level cities, accounting for 78.4%air quality ambient of the 265 urban city exceeded.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area is one of the three major urban agglomerations, occupying an important position in economic development.Among the 10 cities with the worst air quality,7 cities are in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has become one of the most serious areas of air pollution in China. This paper is based on the above thinking, the core issue of the study is the relationship between economic growth and the atmospheric environment and how to achieve the coordinated development of the two, this paper will focus on the following issues:(1)the relationship between economic growth and environment pollution in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;(2)the EKC test of the main air pollutants in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and the influencing factors affecting the atmospheric environmental quality;(3)analyzing the economic growth and the atmospheric environment of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region based on the economic-environment coordination matrix;(4)calculate the environmental capacity and the proportion of emission reduction in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area based on environmental carrying capacity. The results show that the EKC curve of NO2 in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area is linearly decreasing, the EKC curve of SO2 is inverted "N",the EKC curve of PM10 is"U" The trend of change. The source of air pollutants is the formation of haze weather, meteorological conditions is the formation of haze weather external factors. In this study,we constructed a two-stage distribution lag model with PM2.5 concentration, combined with natural environmental factors and economic factors to analyze the influencing factors of PM2.5.In the first model,PM2.5 and the distribution of air pollutants are modeled. In the second model, different influencing factors of air pollutant emission are constructed. The mean and mean wind speed, sunshine hours, mean air pressure, rainfall, mean relative humidity, dust storm and other factors were negatively and positively correlated with the concentration of PM2.5 effect. It was found that the air pollutant emission had a lagging effect on the concentration of PM2.5,and the emission of air pollutants in the current period, the lag one,the lagging two Function and the impact of decreasing. The model of influencing factors of pollutant emission of air pollutants was established to reveal the industrial added value of coal consumption, heavy pollution industry and the quantity of pollutants emitted from the Yellow River. This paper analyzes the coordination degree of 13 cities in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei by constructing the economic-environment coordination matrix of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It is found that Xingtai,Baoding,Hengshui and Handan are in the coordination matrix of PM2.5,PM10,Shijiazhuang,Langfang,Tangshan,Beijing,Tianjin are in high environmental pollution and high economic growth among the state of imbalance. Then the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity of six pollution projects in 13 cities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei was analyzed according to the Ambient Air Quality Standard(GB3095-2012).At last, according to the formula of atmospheric environmental science, the atmospheric environmental capacity of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area was analyzed and the emission reduction and emission reduction ratio was established according to the environmental quality standard.Based on the above research results, this paper on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economic growth and the coordinated development of the atmospheric environment take some policy recommendations.
