Measurement And Influencing Factors Study Of Coordinated Economic And Environmental Development Of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

After the policy of coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration was put forward,the ecological cooperative protection between cities was strengthened continuously,and the industrial projects led economic cooperation more closely.The outline of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Cooperative Development Plan puts forward higher requirements for the economic development and environmental pollution control in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,it is still a part of the extensive economic development model,the ecological environment is facing greater bearing pressure,and the economic growth and environmental protection have produced sharp contradictions,which has seriously affected the overall development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,so it is urgent to further promote the coordinated economic and environmental development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Scientific measurement of synergy and analysis of its influencing factors are of great practical significance for locating the function and short board of urban groups and optimizing the path of coordinated development of economy and environment.On the basis of combing the relevant research at home and abroad,this paper first analyzes the present situation of economic and environmental development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and then constructs the evaluation index system of economic and environmental coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.Using entropy model,the weight of economic and environmental subsystem of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration and the score of comprehensive urban development are obtained,and then the advantages and shortcomings of each region are located.Secondly,the coupling coordination model is used to measure the economic and environmental coordination degree of each city in the urban group,and the development level of coupling coordination is analyzed according to the time sequence.Then the grey correlation model is used to calculate the degree of coordination among the cities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,and the correlation degree between 11prefecture-level cities in Hebei and the two core cities in Beijing and Tianjin is obtained,so as to analyze the integration degree of each region in the process of economic development and environmental protection.Finally,based on the calculation of city's own economic and environmental coupling and coordinated scheduling,using grey correlation method,from the point of view of index factors,the factors that affect the coordinated development of urban agglomeration economy and environment coupling are obtained,and the reasons that restrict the coordinated development are obtained,so as to put forward effective suggestions.The empirical research shows that the emphasis on economic development and environmental protection is different in different regions,the comprehensive development level gap between Hebei cities and Beijing and Tianjin is large,the coupling and coordination of urban groups is low,the smooth development of coordination between cities is difficult to break through the bottleneck,and the two factors of industrial structure and environmental pollution control level have the greatest influence on coordination degree.Combined with the present situation of development in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the top-level design of the government,allocate market resources according to local conditions,develop and build mutually beneficial interest ties,strengthen the cooperative cooperation between cities,promote the optimization of industrial structure increase the intensity of pollution prevention and control,and improve the coordination degree between economic development and ecological environment.
