Textile reinforced concrete(TRC)has good reinforcement performance, mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. It is usually used for repairing, anticorrosion reinforcement and prevention of offshore, port and hydraulic structures in harsh environments. The permeability of concrete to liquids and gases is an important physical property of concrete to measure the concrete durability. This paper and test are funded by the Key Project of Natural Science Foundation of China(41430642),the National Key Scientific Research Instrument Development Project(41627801),the Natural Science Foundation of China(51108207),the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation(2015M581403)and the Open Fund for National Key Laboratory of Frozen Soil Engineering(SKLFSE201514).The permeability measurement under the action of external pressure water mainly carries out the following theoretical and experimental research work:(1)By splitting the concrete truncated round table test piece,it can be clearly observed that the water mark height distribution has a trigonometric shape, and the water mark is at the peak near the fiber bundle, and the water mark height at the position between the two fiber bundles is at the lowest value.(2)In this paper, the crack value of the annular crack between the fiber bundle and the concrete matrix is measured by SEM photograph, and the theoretical value of the permeability of the TRC specimen is calculated by combining the crack value with the TRC permeability model. The permeability test value of the TRC test piece was calculated by combining the water mark height obtained by the permeability test with the relevant calculation formula.(3)In addition, the nucleus magnetic resonance test is used to measure the porosity value of the sample with different radius of the core, and the porosity of the sample is sampled with different radius. The test data proves that large pores and cracks are generated between the fiber bundle and the concrete matrix, thereby reducing the impermeability of the TRC test piece. In this paper,a TRC permeability model based on concentric annular gap flow theory is established, which provides a theoretical basis and calculation model for the durability evaluation of TRC repairing components. This model provides a reference for the selection of textile fiber size and TEX content for TRC repair components with optimal impermeability.
