Abstract/Summary:
This paper proposes the use of high-performance concrete as the matrix,the use of high-performance carbon fiber fabric meshes as reinforcement bars fixed by stainless steel expanded metal mesh,and prefabricated textile-reinforecd concrete(Textilereinforecd concrete for short: TRC)permanent formwork,and cast-in-place core concrete at the construction site Form a superimposed structure.The permanent formwork bears the construction load during the construction process,and can also be used as a protective layer for the components after the construction is completed.The main contents of this article include:(1)The mix ratio of TRC high-performance concrete was optimized.Through three-factor and three-level orthogonal experiment,the effect of different water-binder ratio,silica fume content,and short fiber content on the consistency and compressive strength of concrete was studied.And the influence of tensile strength,the test shows that the water-binder ratio is 0.27,silica fume content is 15%,and fiber volume content is 1%.(2)A fabric-reinforced permanent formwork manufacturing process was developed.This article draws on the manufacturing process of pultrusion in textile engineering.The carbon fiber fabric mesh is passed through the pultrusion equipment,and then combined with the stainless steel expanded metal mesh.The concrete is poured into permanent form.Template,the TRC manufacturing process is feasible.(3)Three groups of unbonded prestressed concrete slabs with different prestress sizes are designed,each group includes 1 integral casting component and 1 permanent formwork superimposed component,and the flexural bearing capacity of the 3 groups of specimens is measured Experimental Research.The test results show that the greater the initial prestress of the component,the cracking load and yield load of the ordinary cast-in-place component and the TRC permanent formwork composite component will increase;the test component is under the same prestress condition,the TRC permanent formwork composite component the cracking load,yield load and ultimate flexural bearing capacity are all greater than those of ordinary cast-in-place components.After checking and calculating the cracking strength and ultimate bearing capacity,the measured values of the components are all greater than the calculated values.
