Research On Environmental Governance In The Process Of New Urbanization

New-type urbanization is the theme of economic and social development under the current new situation.It is a huge push for further reforms and transformations,and a necessary path for building a well-to-do society in an all-round way.The new type of urbanization is that it is based on the development of people as the core,pays attention to the construction of ecological civilization,and completely corrects the blind tendency of urbanization for urbanization in traditional urbanization thinking.Ecological civilization construction is not only the essence of new urbanization construction,but also an important guarantee for people's livelihood.It must be highly valued.In March 2018,the Third Plenary Session of the First Session of the Thirteenth National People's Congress voted on the Amendment to the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and historically incorporated ecological civilization into the Constitution.This is not only of great significance to China's ecological environmental protection cause.And pointed out the direction for the new urbanization construction.Looking back on the past,the process of urbanization in China has taken some detours,leading to the appearance of "urban disease",bringing environmental pollution,directly restricting the development of ecological civilization,and making the development of urbainization unable to be well constructed.Therefore,managing the environment and protecting ecology is the main direction of the government to carry out social management,and is also the basic condition for every citizen to develop himself and promote himself.The traditional development mode has brought us a lot of problems and hanns.We must change our perspective and thinking to seek new development,and integrate the concept of ecological civilization into the construction of urbanization,so as to make the construction low carbon and green.Intelligent,intensive new towins and efforts,our country has hope,society can progress.This paper takes environmental governance in the context of new urbanization in Wuqing District of Tianjin as an example,and analyzes the exertion of governme,nt functions.The main research contents are as follows:the first part,starting with related concepts and related theories,This paper introduces the alternative mode of environmental governance,establishes a preliminary framework for government environmental governance in the process of new urbanization,and highlights the importance of environmental governance by analyzing the relationship between the development of new urbanization and ecological environmental governance.The second part,by simply combing the development of the research object,firstly introduces the current situation of environmental governance in our country,and introduces it to the current situation of environmental governance in Wuqing District.This paper summarizes the present situation of environmental governance in the new-type urbanization of Wuqing district from the aspect of formulating and implementing environmental governance policy,summarizes the existing problems,and makes a detailed exploration and analysis on the problems,and finds out the important reasons for their emergence.The third part,on the basis of the second part,has carried on the deeper analysis to the question,and proposed the related solution path,reasonably incorporated the ecological idea in the new town construction,from the governance main body,the participation mechanism,the supervision mechanism.
