As a new type of non-contact connecting mechanism,magnetic coupler has incomparable advantages compared with conventional connecting devices.Magnetocoupler has many advantages,such as better soft starting performance,excellent vibration isolation and vibration reduction effect,strong reliability of overload protection,misalignment transmission,convenient installation and maintenance,etc.Therefore,it is gradually accepted and applied to various occasions.Because of the special working conditions of underground coal mine operation,conventional control(PID)can not give full play to the advantages of magnetic coupler,and the speed regulation performance is poor,so it is very important to design the underground operation control system of magnetic coupler.Firstly,aiming at the shortcomings and shortcomings of conventional control in underground working conditions,a fuzzy algorithm suitable for dealing with non-linear control problems requiring flexible manual experience is selected as the research subject.In this paper,a kind of fuzzy PID control algorithm is designed and put forward,which is suitable for underground special working occasions.The algorithm validation of the electric actuator shows that the control algorithm can respond to the control signal quickly,and the output signal is smoother and more stable,and the robustness is stronger.Secondly,by studying the principle of particle swarm optimization,a kind of fuzzy PID control algorithm using particle swarm optimization(PSO)to optimize the weight of fuzzy control rules and quantify the scale factor is proposed.The algorithm flow and program of the intelligent algorithm are designed and compiled.The algorithm validation of the electric actuator shows that the output of the PSO optimized fuzzy PID algorithm is more stable than that of the fuzzy PID algorithm,the control accuracy is more accurate,and the whole process has no overshoot output,which is more suitable for the underground work occasion which requires higher reliability and response speed.Finally,in order to verify the validity of the algorithm for underground control operation,the mathematical model of the magnetic coupler is obtained by calculating the mathematical formula,and the mathematical model of the magnetic coupler is obtained by combining the experimental data on the permanent magnet eddy current test bench.Based on mathematic model,the model of speed control system of magnetic coupler is built in Matlab.The simulation results show that the optimized control algorithm has stronger anti-jamming ability in case of emergencies.When the controlled object fluctuates greatly,the optimized control algorithm has stronger stability than the fuzzy PID control.Figure 50,table 10,para.60...
