Tylosin,a particularly commonly used veterinary antibiotic,is widely used in China.The production of a large number of antibiotics also brings a lot of bacteria residue.A large amount of slag is a huge problem in environmental problems.Because the slag contains a lot of water,nutrients,protein,sugar and a small amount of heavy metals,it causes the slag to be directly treated and then directly applied to the land as a fertilizer.Use becomes a viable assumption.However,due to antibiotic residues and drug resistance,the directly used slag has also brought certain risks and pollution.Through the analysis of the physicochemical properties of the tylosin slag,the problem of the slag can be better utilized and the slag problem can be solved,which plays a fundamental role for the future utilization of the tylosin slag.Moreover,tylosin needs different optimization conditions under different conditions,so we have further optimized the detection of tylosin in soil and slag.Tylosin can cause a large amount of tylosin slag in the production process.If it can be recycled,rationally utilize the nutrients in the slag and reduce the risk to the environment,it is the main starting point.In order to rationally utilize the slag,the sensitivity detection limit is 0.019mg/kg and the quantitative detection limit is 0.062mg/kg by optimizing the detection method of tylosin residues in the slag and tylosin in the soil.The intra-day variation coefficient of precision is less than 10%,the daytime coefficient of variation is less than 15%,and the recovery rate is 91.0%-101.0%.Through the detection of the basic nutrition of tylosin slag fertilizer,the results show that the nutrients in the tylosin slag fertilizer can meet the national standard fertilizer requirements and can be used as fertilizer.Through the detection of three enzyme activities and three microorganisms in the soil,the results showed that the tylosin slag fertilizer can be used as a process fertilizer to meet the soil safety assessment benchmark.
