With the widely application of the brush plating technology, the reliability of electric brush plating power supply is also increasingly demanding. The development of tester can increasing the service efficiency of the power supply, it also can promote the development of the brush plating technology. In tradition, the professionals take test methods which used independent instrument to test the electric brush plating power supply, professionals will spend much time taking this kind of test method, the efficiency of test is low and the test result is not unable to satisfy the industrial automation production requests. However, to test quickly and accurately detect the brush plating power supply at the scene test current brush plating power supply is still the key problem to be solved. Therefore, this dissertation designs a tester for DSD series high frequency electric power brush. The tester can collect the high pressure parameters and low pressure parameters. These high accuracy test results will be modularized and displayed for field staff. The tester not only provides a reliable guarantee of data for field staff to analysis data and maintain power, but also improves the efficiency of the brush plating power supply test effectively.Firstly, according to working principle and basic test method of the power supply, data collection conditioning circuit were designed, which including high pressure parameters, low pressure parameters and the IGBT parameters test conditioning circuit, this paper also designed man-machine interface circuit and peripheral circuit. The tester was compiled to process and display the measured data, which has characteristics of actual work for power supply.Secondly, the design used STC12C5616AD as the core of the whole system control devices and combined with PCA capture mode, making it has function that measure pulse frequency. Lagrange interpolation method was used to process ripple data, which effectively improve the measurement precision of ripple amplitude.Finally, in order to verify the stability and reliability of the tester, this dissertation compared test data that measured by the tester and high-precision instrument. According the contrasting result, hardware circuitry were debugged and validated.The experimental results show that the hardware circuit of system is stable and reliable, the tester can get stable and ideal test parameters and satisfy the requirement of automatic test system. Through the verification, the tester can satisfy the practical need of considering the field test and the efficiency of the brush plating power supply test is effectively improved.
