With population growth,environmental degradation,and depletion of energy,sustainable use of energy has become a common problem faced by all mankind.At present,our eyes mainly concentrated in renewable energy and green energy.In fact,human always neglected one of the most common energy in life,it is friction.With the continuous development of nanotechnology,nano-generators have emerged,which friction generators have many advantages,such as wide application ranges and simple manufacturing.In this paper we assemble a friction generator in a vertical-separated structure.Research content mainly includes the following points:Firstly,the preparation of bromobuty rubberBromobutyl rubber has many advantages and has good skin-friendly properties with the human body,so chose it as one of the friction materials.In the experiment,the rubber film was prepared by electrospinning,film coating and tableting.In the electrospinning,the rubber which is selected to be opened 300 times is dissolved into a spinning solution for spinning,and the optimum amount of the electret SiO2 added is 10%.In the coating method,the rubber solid content is 15%and the electret SiO2 is6%.The optimum amount of electret SiO2 is 10%.In the coating method,we choose rubber solid content of 15%,which the SiO2 is 6%;the optimum ratio in the tableting method is 100g of rubber,1g of stearic acid,8g of paraffin oil,3g of ZnO,0.6g of MgO,1.5g of accelerator M,1.5g of elemental sulfur,and 5%SiO2.The carbon black added was 15%?per 100 g of rubber?.Secondly,the choice of friction materials and surface treatmentThrough the friction sequence table and consideration of human safety,the other friction material was selected as PET and nylon.When preparing the nylon membrane,30%nylon solution is selected,and the surface of the material is treated for roughness by increasing the friction,such as chemical etching,physical sanding and screen lamination.The output voltage of the original PET is 6V,the output voltage of the chemical corrosion is 12V,and the output voltage of the PET of the 300 mesh screen can be as high as 40V.Thirdly,self-powered sensors for gait analysisThe preparation of friction generator can be used for self-powered sensor to detect human motion,meanwhile the gait can be analyzed and identified to authenticate.At the same time,different states such as walking,running,and jumping can be detected,the gait curve will also have a huge difference.The next step can be combined with biomedical treatment for disease prevention and patient rehabilitation.
