Pesticide preparations and additives are highly prone to foaming during processing.Foam performance is related to micelle life under certain conditions;and there are many factors affecting foam stability,such as surface tension,liquid film surface charge,surfactant concentration,electrolytes,and the like.According to different production requirements,the processing of pesticide preparations also has different requirements for foams,such as foaming agents,foam stabilizers,and foams.In general,the performance of surfactant mixture system is better than that of single surfactant system.In addition to the use of anionic surfactants,the foam properties can be enhanced by compounding.Therefore,the relationship between the surface properties of single and composite surfactants and foam properties is an indispensable research topic in the processing and production of pesticide formulations.In this paper,In this paper,seven kinds of linear alkyl sulfonate?SASs:CH3?CH2?nSO3Na,n=5,6,7,8,9,11,15?and six kinds of EO number dodecyl polyoxyethylene ethers(AEOs:C12H25?EO?nH,n=3,6,7,9,10,15)were selected as the model compounds.The effects of compound structure and EO number on surface tension were systematically studied.The foam properties were measured by Roche foam meter and graduated cylinder oscillating method,and the effects of molecular structure,concentration,temperature,calcium content,etc.on foaming and foam stability were examined.Then study the effect of adding electrolyte,fatty alcohol,polymer,etc.on the foam properties of the surfactant compound system,and clarify the change rule of the foam properties of the compound system,and apply it to the saturated aqueous solution of atrazine for foam performance test.It has certain guiding significance for the application of surfactants in pesticides and system optimization.
