Research On The Synthesis Process And Performance Of Naphthalene Sulfonate

In this paper,the methyl naphthalene was alkylated by 1-decene with anhydrous aluminum trichloride and the specific catalyst solvent.The influence of the amount of catalyst,the amount of solvent,the reaction time,the reaction temperature and the molar ratio of naphthalene to methyl naphthalene were investigated with the conversion of 1-decene and methyl naphthalene,the proportion of by-produce as index.The process conditions of alkylation of 1-decene/methylnaphthalene were determined by GC-MS:? aluminum trichloride=8%,?catalyst solvent =1.2%,treaction =30min,Treaction =50?,nmethyl naphthalene:n1-decene=1:2.05.Under this condition,the conversion rate of 1-decene was 99.55%,the conversion rate of Methylnaphthalene was 99.24%,and the ratio of by-product was 4.46%.And the catalyst solvent improved the problem of methyl naphthalene alkylation process.The alkyl-methyl-naphthalene was sulfonated with chloronic sulfonic acid as sulfonating agent.The influence of the ratio of acid oil,the temperature of sulfonation and the time of sulfonation on the interfacial tension properties of the oil displacement system were explored.When the acid oil ratio is 1.6:1,the sulfonation temperature is 60 degrees,and the sulfonation time is 50min-60min,the interfacial tension of ASP can reach 1.15 10-3mN/m.The effects of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate concentration,polyacrylamide concentration and NaCl mass fraction on interfacial tension,viscosity,emulsification and adsorption capacity were investigated with alkyl naphthalene sulfonate as a surfactant.When the mass fraction of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate is 0.3%,the concentration of polyacrylamide is 1500mg/L,and the mass fraction of NaCl is 1.2%,the interfacial tension of the oil displacement system can be up to 7.9×10-3mN/m,and it can be compatible with the crude oil of Daqing two plant.When the concentration of polyacrylamide is 1500mg/L,the mass fraction of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate surfactants is 0.3%,the stability of the emulsion is better when the concentration of NaCl is 1000mg/L,and the water separation rate in 6h is less than 44%.Emulsifying performance of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate/polyacrylamide binary combination flooding system still needs further exploration.
