At the same time as China's economic development has advanced by leaps and bounds, the problem of air pollution has become increasingly serious, causing China to suffer different degrees of losses in terms of economy, environment and people's health. The causes and influencing factors of air pollution are various. To enhance the effectiveness of China's joint defense and anti-air pollution, this paper focuses on the characteristics of air pollution accumulation in China, and analyzes the causes of regional differences. The research work and innovation contribution of this paper are mainly reflected in the following aspects:(1)China's air pollution has a certain agglomeration effect,so it is necessary to identify and divide the areas where air pollution is concentrated in China. This paper uses multiple linear regression models to identify and judge the AQI spillover relationship between cities in China.Taking the city as the point, the AQI spillover relationship between cities as the edge, constructing a complex network model of urban air pollution spillover relationship in China, and using the community partitioning algorithm to divide the contaminated areas with different characteristics. The study found that the degree and severity of the relevant factors of air pollution are different. The urban division considering the air pollution spillover effect between cities has obvious differences with the administrative divisions currently implemented in China.(2)In order to explore the agglomeration characteristics of the contaminated areas classified in this paper, firstly, this paper analyzes the distribution differences of air pollution in different regions and different seasons from the perspective of AQI spatial distribution and time distribution of cities in each region, and then uses The theory of node degree and intermediate centrality in complex network theory analyzes the cities with key roles in each region. The study found that North China is the region with the highest annual AQI mean, and winter is the most significant season for pollution. The air pollution between cities will affect each other. The air pollution in cities in North China and East China is more serious, especially in some cities in Henan and Anhui provinces, and in areas with heavy air pollution. The city bears key locations for air pollution between the two regions, such as Qinhuangdao City,Tangshan City and Zhangzhou City.(3)Combining the socio-economic cross-section data of the city, empirically testing the impact of some key factors on air pollution in each region, focusing on population size, industrial structure, technological innovation, greening level and urbanization process on air pollution Role, and thus provide relevant policy recommendations for the effective management of air pollution. The study found that there is a significant spatial spillover effect of air pollution in China. The urbanization rate, the number of permanent residents, and the industrial structure are all positively related to air pollution in China.Strengthening technological innovation will reduce air pollution.Different factors in seven regions There are also significant differences in air pollution correlation.
