The Research Of Operating Risk Of Company C In Kazakhstan

With the promotion and deepening of the great initiative of "Belt and Road",the investment of Chinese oil companies in Kazakhstan will be strengthened further,which will also provide a bigger market and platform for China’s oil technology service companies.As the earliest oil technology service company came into this country,C Company has made great progress in Kazakhstan after 20 years of continuous efforts,but with the change of internal and external environment,the problem of operating risk is also becoming more prominent.Based on the research of risk management theory and domestic and foreign related research results,this paper firstly illustrates the organizing and staff structure,the scale of the market and operation revenue and so on of the C company in Kazakhstan,reflect and conclude the major risk cases of it as well,then carrying out the risk identification of C company through the sorting analysis of the internal and external risk factors concerning operation to sort out the list of operation risks of C company in Kazakhstan,thus constructs the evaluation index system of C company’s operating risk: 6 primary indicators,including physics risk,economy and finance risk,compan management risk,risk of the law and policy,social culture risk and other risks;and 21 secondary indicators including political instability risk,geophysics risk,ideological risk,official corruption risk,exchange rate risk,revenue risk,foreign exchange risk,risk of the updates and changes of the laws and regulations,government inspection risk,national customs risk,culture differences risk,financial risk,license risk,human resource risk,contract bidding risk,decision-making risks,HSE management risk,communication risk,public relation risk,natural calamities risk,technolog industry risk and etc.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the political risks,economic and financial risks,social and cultural risks,legal and policy risks,corporate management risks and other risks.On the basis of risk identification,analysis,evaluation and analysis of major risk cases,the paper puts forward the risk prevention measures of C Company in Kazakhstan and provide constructive suggestions for enhancing the risk management of C company.
