Environmental estrogen is widespread in our environment, bringing convenience to life and also seriously threatening people's health. How to quickly,sensitivity,high-throughput detection of estrogen is not only an urgent problem for regulatory authorities and customs ports, but also a focus of attention of the state and the people.Suspension array technology,as the only biochip technology approved by the US FDA,has the advantages of accuracy, sensitivity, high throughput and so on.That can meet the environmental safety department supervision, food industry self-test requirements, and is used by more and more researchers in public safety. The hybrid strand reaction is a technique of isothermal amplification, which does not require enzymes to participate and greatly reduces the operating cost. Therefore,in recent years, researchers have widely used it as a signal amplification technology for biosensor construction. In this study, the core technology of suspension array technology is researched, and the possibility of further implementation is discussed. The signal amplification technology of hybrid chain reaction is used to construct suspension array technology detection platform, which is high-throughput and ultra-sensitive.Rapid detection of three targets(Estradiol,Bisphenol A,Polychlorinated biphenyl)in water provides a new method for rapid detection of suspension array technology based on nucleic acid aptamer that specifically recognize small molecules,in order to establish high throughput and rapid the sensitive detection platform has laid the foundation and has extremely broad application prospects and development space.
