Water environment is one of the most important environment in nature.With the development of human society,water pollution threatens human health and other organisms' health.Water pollution can be divided into single and combined pollution.Domestic and overseas scholars focus their attention on single pollution.But combined pollution is lack of enough attention.One of the most common water pollutants is combined pollution.It is more complex.There are numerous non-linear relationships in combined pollution.It causes the difficulty and limits of the research.In this paper,one kind of biochemical chip was developed.It based on the high-throughput rapid detection technology and water environmental toxicology test system.The biochemical chip aimed at the study of acute biological toxicity and the evaluation of mixed sewage.An important research method in environmental toxicology is to evaluate the acute toxicity of pollutants.Enzymes,cells and microbes can be used as biologicalindicators.High throughput detection technology detects multi-samples at a time.This technology could be used for sewage detection.The feature was a wide range of test.Artificial neural networks established by deep learning could be used to study nonlinear science.Environmental toxicology detection technology based on the high-throughput method was a new type of detection method.A combination of biochemical chip detection and artificial neural network analysis was used to detect acute biological toxicity of wastewater.This detection technique made the detection information more time-efficient.Biochemical chips were easy to carry.After the pictures were transmitted to the corresponding software,the test results could be quickly obtained.The detection method was easy to operate and could be applied in many fields.For example,the quality of water in the source area was compared with the quality of the water after treatment in the water treatment plant,and the toxicity of before and after the treatment of the sewage could be compared.The study will be benefit for everyone's water health.When people use tap water,they can use chips and software to test tap water.Short time-consuming,low-cost,convenient,and wide-spread population will be the main features of this method.The main findings are as follows:Firstly,biochemical chips were made by chemical printing techniques.This chip was mainly used to record the internal information of mixed sewage and its acute biological toxicity effect.The information was recorded by getting the results of the disturbance reaction of the mixed sewage with the biochemical disturbance system.According to the design diagram,the chemical printer printed the reagent on the carrier,thus it could construct the perturbation system.The reagents included color developer,enzyme,substrate,activator,inhibitor and an antidote.According to the design drawings,the printer printed the standard poisons on the perturbation system,thereby it could establish a database of acute biological toxicity of mixed sewage.Based on the analysis of the test results,the biochemical chip could successfully record the internal complex chemical information of the mixed sewage,and could also record the acute biological toxicity effect of the sewage.Secondly,the classification of the learning labels was made by chemical printing techniques.The effluent inhibition rate of the luminescent bacteria on the effluent was graded for the toxicity of the effluent,and the biochemical chip was classified.A chemical printer was used to construct the luminescent system.When the luminous system reached the best luminous intensity,the mixed sewage was printed.The mixed sewage was exactly the same as the sewage used in biochemical chips.There was a one-to-one relationship between the biochemical chip and the elements of the luminescent system.Therefore,biochemical chips could be classified by the classification of the effluent inhibition rate of the luminescent bacteria on the toxicity of the effluent.The test results showed that according to the inhibition rate of luminescent bacteria,a classification learning tag for the acute biological toxicity of mixed sewage could be produced.Finally,the research built a neural network.Classification labels and Biochemical chip images that could record mixed wastewater information were imported into the computer for deep learning.70%of the pictures were used as model training.The remaining 30%of the pictures were used as model tests.According to the analysis results,the computer learning was in good condition and the neural network model was established successfully.In the future,the technology combined high throughput rapid detection technology and water environmental toxicology test system will be used for the acute biological toxicity of mixed sewage.It has plenty of advantages such as high efficiency,convenience and high-speed.
