With the continuous development of the whole social and economic level and the continuous advancement of national industrialization and urbanization,the new reconstruction and expansion amount of infrastructure and urban capacity expansion and the increasing amount of demolition and relocation amount,construction waste is constantly emerging and showing a growing trend.Domestic construction waste is either filled as roadbed for highway construction,or shipped to the periphery of the city for piling and filling.Obviously,these disposal methods can no longer make full use of and deal with the construction waste continuously generated,resulting in serious pollution of living environment and continuous reduction of agricultural land.China's resource shortage and environmental degradation have become increasingly serious in the past 20 years,posing a great threat to the social environment and economy To solve the serious problems caused by construction waste,it is urgent to study the recycling of construction waste.Based on the mechanical development level of domestic construction waste recycling industry and the introduction of relevant laws and regulations,this paper investigates the domestic construction waste scale and analyzes the basic theory of construction waste recycling.Starting from the source of construction waste and the characteristics of construction waste,the construction waste is classified in detail,and on this basis,the technological process design of reuse of construction waste is improved.Not only the combination optimization design of crushing equipment and screening equipment,but also the improvement and important improvement of waste disposal technology.In order to make a correct evaluation of the engineering process improvement,this paper establishes an index evaluation system of environmental protection and effect performance of recycling process by referring to the specific standards of construction waste crushing and screening processes at home and abroad.Some Suggestions for optimizing the design of construction waste recycling engineering process under realistic conditions are put forward.Set up a set of construction waste treatment and reuse system model.It is of practical significance for the improvement of construction waste recycling engineering process in environmental protection and resource conservation.At the same time,this study has definite guiding significance for the standardization and standardization of construction industry,and also has a strong reference for waste treatment industry.By completing the above research work,the research progress of this paper can be specifically divided into the following:(1)Research and sums up the construction waste generation sources and management status quo at home and abroad,studies the construction waste recycling processing theory and the promotion of construction waste recycling legislation,standardization,from where,for our country introduced complete of construction waste recycling provides a theoretical reference for establishing the laws and regulations;(2)Research and sums up the construction waste generation sources and management status quo at home and abroad,studies the construction waste recycling processing theory and the promotion of construction waste recycling legislation,standardization,from where,for our country introduced complete of construction waste recycling provides a theoretical reference for establishing the laws and regulations;(3)Research and sums up the construction waste generation sources and management status quo at home and abroad,studies the construction waste recycling processing theory and the promotion of construction waste recycling legislation,standardization,from where,for our country introduced complete of construction waste recycling provides a theoretical reference for establishing the laws and regulations;(4)The process flow of the production process of recycled aggregate and recycled pre-mixed mortar is studied in the classification,the design method of the process of efficient reuse of construction waste is summarized,the process flow of reuse of construction waste is improved greatly,and the performance of the improved process in terms of practicality and efficiency is tested.(5)Based on the specific construction conditions of domestic construction waste treatment industry,the paper puts forward the dynamic configuration proposal of construction waste recycling production line based on the existing crushing and screening equipment and taking into account the capital investment.An index evaluation system for construction waste recycling engineering process is developed to evaluate production cost and production efficiency.
