Since the birth of machine tool industry,it has been paid attention by various countries.In the environment of the world's efforts to revitalize manufacturing industry,the development of machine tool industry is particularly important.All countries are competing to develop machine tool industry,especially in the development of high-end machine tools.The competition is very fierce.The design and manufacturing technology of high-end machine tools has become a strategic reserve of the country.Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology have promoted the rapid development of China's machine tool industry.The development of machine tool industry can directly affect the whole manufacturing industry and even the development of national defense and military industry.So far,China has become the world's largest machine tool producer.But in the field of high-end CNC machine tools,especially compound machining centers,there is still a gap between China and developed countries.Aiming at this problem,a double-pillar vertical-horizontal compound machining center is developed,which mainly aims at the processing of box parts.The main work includes the following aspects:According to the processing requirements of box parts,two working modes of three-axis linkage are defined,the design scheme of the main structure of the machine tool is put forward,and the main structure of the machine tool is designed,including the structure of the bed,pillar and spindle box.According to the actual work and stress of the machine tool,the relevant components used in the machine tool are selected and checked.It mainly includes the selection and verification of the motion system,the selection and debugging of the automatic tool changing system,the selection of the stroke switch,oil cooler and other components.Static and dynamic analysis of the key parts and the whole machine based on ANSYS Workbench 15.0 is carried out.In the static analysis,the stress and strain of the key components and the whole machine are mainly analyzed;in the dynamic analysis,the first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the machine tool are extracted by the modal analysis of the machine tool.According to the functional requirements of the machine tool,the development of the whole machine control system has been completed.The selection and construction of the control system are completed,and the main circuit and control circuit of the machine tool are designed.Finally,the relevant control parameters are set up to meet the requirements of compound automatic processing.
