The sewage treatment plant designed in this paper is located in the Kunlun Kunlun Industrial Zone.The area has opened up the oil and gas industry and metallurgical manufacturing industry with abundant natural resources,and has developed new energy materials and high-altitude bio-industry industries successively,but there is no sewage treatment plant in the area.Most of the wastewater produced is discharged nearby,which has an impact on the ecological environment and reduces the quality of life of the people.This paper first collects the natural and human geography conditions of the Golmud area,and determines the location of the sewage treatment plant according to relevant requirements and principles.It is located in the northeast of the intersection of the 109 National Road and the Donggan Canal.Considering the selection process of wastewater and wastewater quality in the region,the pretreatment process selects coarse grid,fine grid and aerated grit chamber.It is determined that the sewage volume of Kunlun Industrial Estate of Golmud Industrial Park is5.02×10~4m~3/d in the near future and 10.64×10~4m~3/d in the long term.The former adopts rotary and drum type respectively.After the process,the neutralization tank with mixing,flocculation and sedimentation tank are set,the flocculation unit is vertical axis type,the sedimentation unit is inclined plate type,the secondary treatment process is determined as Carrousel oxidation ditch and secondary sedimentation tank,and the latter is auxiliary flow type.The third-stage treatment adopts a micro-flocculation treatment process,that is,a mixing with flocculation and filtration process,and the sludge treatment process adopts a combination of a centrifugal concentrator and a plate and frame filter press,and the effluent disinfection uses chlorine dioxide.The COD value of the plant's water inflow index fluctuated greatly,the biochemical treatment was difficult,the pH value was unstable,and the heavy metal content was high.In view of this situation,the designed water output index of the factory was?Emission Standard of Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plants?(GB18918-2002))Level 1 standard A standard.Finally,based on the plant operation monitoring data,this paper makes a preliminary analysis of the plant's operating conditions,design parameters and process rationality.At the end of this paper,the water treatment plant produced by the surrounding environment which from the construction to the operation of the sewage treatment plant was demonstrated and relevant recommendations were made.The completion of the sewage treatment plant played an important role in improving the environmental quality of the Golmud area,promoted the construction of urban modernization in the area,and improved the quality of life of the people in the area.
