In order to further improve the functions of intellectualization,integration and collaboration of tobacco marketing management,optimize the functions of customer information maintenance,market information collection,market feedback collection,and marketing personnel management,this paper designs and develops a marketing management system for tobacco companies in accordance with the development characteristics and direction of marketing management in accordance with the actual marketing management situation of tobacco companies in China.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background and significance of tobacco marketing management system,points out the problems existing in the marketing management of tobacco companies at present.Based on the analysis of system requirements and the requirements of tobacco Marketing Management,select Visual Studio 2012 as the system development platform,database selection of Microsoft SQL Server 2012,server language selection of C#,Successfully realized five functional modules:customer management,brand management,market information management,information feedback and daily management.Among them,customer management module achieves customer basic information maintenance,classification information maintenance,customer service demand management functions;brand management achieves brand management,brand owner management,commodity management,supplier management functions;market information management achieves the function of collecting market information,including social marketing,brand market performance,consumer letter.Information feedback module achieves the functions of collecting and recording consumer evaluation and retail customer satisfaction;daily management part achieves the functions of user management,work plan,system monitoring,notification and announcement.In addition,the management system developed in this paper focuses on optimizing the application of customer management,market information collection process and information feedback function,which provides strong support for the organization and delivery of supply in the process of tobacco marketing.Finally,the system is tested in detail from three aspects:function,interface and performance.The test results show that the system can run normally,improve the marketing efficiency of tobacco companies,and further promote the cigarette marketing work to a new level.
