With the improvement of people’s quality of life and consumption level,the demand for materials is also increasing.Therefore,the use and research of natural plant extraction ingredients have been pushed into the research boom.Polyphenols with polyphenols structure are complex phenolic secondary metabolites in plants.They are mainly found in the skins,roots,leaves,and fruits of plants.Because they have good biological activity,they are being broadly used in the field of medicine,skin care and other fields.Therefore,how to develop a simple,effective and fast method to extract plant polyphenols according to the different characteristics of plants has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,with the medical pomegranate skin,red Fuji Apple and green tea as the materials,the extraction of polyphenols in pomegranate skin,apple and tea were studied by ultrasonic solution extraction and ion precipitation,respectively.Through a series of single factor experiments,the variation and the reasons of polyphenols extraction ratio under different conditions were studied and analyzed.The results showed that with ultrasonic solution method the best conditions for extraction of polyphenols in pomegranate are below: the extraction temperature is50 °C,the extraction time is 120 min,the feed liquid ratio is 1:25,and the concentration of ethanol solution is 60 %.The best extraction conditions for polyphenols in apple by ultrasonic solution extraction are below: extraction temperature is 50 °C,extraction time is 45 min,feed liquid ratio is 1:20,and ethanol solution concentration is 60%.Using ultrasonic solution extraction method,the best extraction conditions for extraction of polyphenols in tea are below: extraction temperature is 50 °C,extraction time is 80 min,feed liquid ratio is 1:20,ethanol solution concentration is 65 %.With ion precipitation precipitates method,polyphenols in tea was obtained from the leaching solution.The conditions for the highest extraction ratio are below: precipitate amount is 1.2 g,temperature is 60 °C,water consumption is 30 ml,and precipitation time is 60 min.The extraction ratio ofpolyphenols in tea by ion precipitation is higher than that by ultrasonic solution extraction.
