As the country's requirements for environmental protection are increasing,the standards for sulfur in fuel oil and natural gas are becoming more and more strict.For the removal of sulfur-containing organic substances in fuel oil,the adsorption desulfurization process is convenient to operate,does not reduce the octane number of the fuel,and has high desulfurization efficiency.In addition,H2S in natural gas can be ultra-deeply purified by solid adsorption method.The adsorption desulfurization also has a good application prospects.The core of the adsorption desulfurization process is to develop high-performance adsorption desulfurization agent.This topic is based on hydrothermal synthesis method.The metal organic framework material HKUST-1 is used as an adsorption desulfurizer,which is applied to adsorption the thiophene sulfide in fuel oil and H2S of gas phase.The HKUST-1 material was prepared by hydrothermal method.The adsorption and removal of thiophene,benzothiophene and dibenzothiophene?Th,BT,DBT? were investigated as adsorbent desulfurizers.Characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and NH3-TPD,studied the effects of adsorption time,adsorption temperature,ratio of agent to oil,number of regeneration cycles,etc.factor.Moreover,the adsorption desulfurization mechanism of HKUST-1 adsorption Th,BT,DBT were used by isothermal adsorption model and kinetics and thermodynamic analysis.The experimental results show that:?1?The optimal adsorption time is 30 min,and the lower adsorption temperature is favorable for adsorption in the experimental range;?2?Regeneration experiments show that HKUST-1 has good regeneration performance for Th and BT,but the regeneration performance gradually decreased after adsorption DBT.?3?The Freundlich adsorption model can better fit the adsorption of Th,BT and DBT by HKUST-1 compared with the Langmuir adsorption model.The kinetic analysis results show that the pseudo second-order kinetics is more suitable for fitting HKUST-1 to Th and BT.Through dynamic adsorption experiments.The adsorption capacity of HKUST-1 for three thiophene sulfides was DBT>BT>Th.Through the above experimental results combined with the characterization results,it can be concluded that the HKUST-1 adsorption desulfurizer prepared in the experiment has a microporous structure and a weak acid site in the pores.The adsorption of Th and BT sulfur compounds in HKUST-1 channel is mainly affected by diffusion factors;DBT molecules are adsorbed with large molecular diameter and large number of?electrons are affected by HKUST-1 pore diffusion and chemical adsorption at weak acid sites.The GO/HKUST-1 composite was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis and used to remove H2S from gas.The effect of adsorption temperature on the removal of H2S was investigated,and the effect of loading GO of H2S removal was also studied.The experimental results show that:?1?The penetration time of HKUST-1 to H2S at 100? is longer than that at 25?.?2?The addition of GO can increase the H2S penetration time.?3?XRD and FT-IR test results show that the adsorption of H2S by HKUST-1 and GO/HKUST-1 desulfurizers is mainly caused by the chemical reaction between metal Cu and H2S molecules in the metal organic framework.The process is an irreversible process,and the skeleton of HKUST-1 is destroyed after adsorption of H2S.
