With the continuous growth of the manufacturing industry,China has become a major manufacturing country in the world.CNC processing has always been in the leading position in the domestic manufacturing industry.In order to improve product quality and processing efficiency,multi-axis processing technology has been more and more widely used in China,and the demand of multi-axis processing front-line technicians is also increasing.Some secondary vocational schools have offered corresponding multi-axis processing courses,but the teaching effect is unsatisfactory.In order to make multi-axis processing teaching develop smoothly in secondary vocational schools,according to the construction of numerical control specialty in secondary vocational schools and the learning situation of students,it is obvious to build a set of multi-axis processing courses in line with the numerical control specialty in secondary vocational schools,so as to improve the quality of personnel training of numerical control specialty in secondary vocational schools as a whole.It is necessary.In order to construct a multi-axis processing technology teaching course more suitable for students' learning and teachers' teaching in secondary vocational schools,this study summarizes the needs of enterprises for multi-axis processing technology talents' post competence and the current situation of multi-axis processing talents' training in secondary vocational schools and the existing problems in the process of personnel training through the investigation of enterprises and schools.There are some problems,such as unclear curriculum structure,low teaching quality,poor fit between talent training quality and enterprise demand.Combining the research status of CNC curriculum development at home and abroad and the relevant theory of vocational education curriculum development,based on the demand for post competence,combined with the teaching status of CNC specialty in secondary vocational schools,from the curriculum objectives,curriculum categories,curriculum structure,curriculum implementation,curriculum development.The evaluation,the choice of teaching methods and the analysis of typical processing cases have established the practice-oriented multi-axis processing curriculum in secondary vocational schools,aiming to make the curriculum construction more perfect and more connected with the existing teaching system in secondary vocational schools.
