With the proposal of "made in China 2025" development strategy,Chinese manufacturing industry is gradually developing towards intelligence and high-end direction with the strong support of the state,and NC machining technology is also popularized and applied in many industry fields in China.Five axis machining is a new high-tech in NC machine tool machining.At present,the demand for professional and technical talents is huge.However,in the corresponding NC machining technology courses of secondary vocational education,there are few contents related to the teaching of five axis machining.Therefore,it is difficult for secondary vocational schools to cultivate technical talents of five axis machining.In order to solve the shortage of five axis machining technicians in the society,and there are few relevant courses in secondary vocational schools,combined with the actual situation of secondary vocational schools,this paper constructs a NC five axis machining course suitable for secondary vocational teachers' teaching and students' learning,and meets the talent needs of enterprises.Through the investigation of CNC enterprises and secondary vocational schools,this study analyzes and summarizes the job demand of enterprise five axis machining professionals and the training status of CNC five axis machining professionals in secondary vocational schools.In view of the problems of insufficient teaching resources,lagging teaching mode,low teaching quality and the inability to cultivate professionals with enterprise job demand in secondary vocational schools,through exchanges with senior technical experts of enterprises In the form of Symposium and questionnaire survey for teachers of numerical control professional courses in secondary vocational schools,combined with the relevant theories of systematization of working process and the research status of the development of numerical control five axis machining courses at home and abroad,the development mode of numerical control five axis machining courses,the objectives of numerical control five axis machining courses,the categories of numerical control five axis machining courses,the teaching contents of numerical control five axis machining courses,the teaching methods of numerical control five axis machining courses,the implementation of numerical control five axis machining courses In the seven aspects of the evaluation of NC five axis machining course,a NC five axis machining course in secondary vocational schools based on the systematization of the working process is constructed,and then through the specific case design and implementation of NC five axis machining and the feedback of the corresponding course teaching implementation,it provides a theoretical basis for the training of technical talents in five axis machining in secondary vocational schools.In the training and processing teaching links of NC three-axis machining boss,cavity parts and NC five-axis machining dinner plate model,fan blade,lampshade model,arc cam and radial impeller parts,secondary vocational students are required to analyze the drawings of mechanical parts,computer three-dimensional modeling of mechanical parts,formulation of NC machining process regulations,computer programming of mechanical parts The tasks of training projects such as numerical control simulation practice,mechanical parts processing and parts processing detection enable secondary vocational students to master professional skills in the practical application of parts processing.
