L Company,a chemical manufacturer,specialize in the production and sales of polycarbonate.In recent years,the demand for polycarbonate has grown rapidly,and the company's production capacity has expanded dramatically.As a result,the demand for raw materials has also increased significantly.Under this situation,the problems of the company's main functional departments being independent of each other,and the decentralized decision-making of inventory and transportation were gradually exposed.In addition,the company's historical experience and subjective judgment of the ordering strategy led to the occurrence of excessive inventory and high capital occupation costs,which led to operations.The problem of excessive total cost.Therefore,company L is in urgent need of scientific and reasonable logistics management methods and decision-making methods to reduce logistics costs and enhance competitiveness.In this context,this paper studies the optimization of L company inventory and transportation integration.The article first introduces the current situation of inventory and transportation of L company,and summarizes the problems of poor coordination of inventory and transportation decisions and high inventory costs.On this basis,this paper analyzes in detail the influencing factors of L company's inventory and transportation integration optimization,and then establishes a mixed integer programming model and uses CPLEX to solve the model.The paper analyzes the sensitivity and simulation of the uncertainty of parameter setting and demand,and analyzes the results.After optimization,the number of L company transportation increased,the inventory decreased,and the total inventory and transportation costs decreased.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of L company inventory and transportation integration optimization work,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of integration and optimization from three aspects.
