H company is a large-scale power company.Coastal thermal power plants account for 34.7%of the company's total power generation.This company owns a shipping fleet,which is responsible for transporting coal from the northern port to the coastal power plant.At present,the coal seaborne of the H company's coastal power plants meets the needs of the power plant,with the goal of minimizing transportation costs,each delivering a power plant,without considering the impact of the power plants' inventory.In this context,this paper combines the actual situation with the inventory routing optimization of the coal distribution process of the H company's coastal power plant,and takes the minimum of the system average cost(including inventory cost and transportation cost)as the objective function to study the replenishment time,replenishment quantity,ship configuration and navigation route,etc,and under the condition of satisfying coal demand of power plant.Based on the study of domestic and foreign research,this article starts from the actual situation of H company and carries out a study on the optimization of the coal maritime inventory routing problem of coastal power plants.Firstly,the status of transportation and inventory of H company's coastal power plants was analyzed,the existing problems were identified,and the causes of the problems were analyzed.Based on this,three optimization schemes are proposed in this paper,Scheme One:joining transit bases,that is,to use a large ship to transport coal from the northern port to a transit base and then transport it by boat.Scheme Two:considering inventory costs in objective functions and the coastal transport plant is systematically transported.Scheme Three:Integrating Scheme One and Two for optimization;Secondly The detailed analysis of the composition of transportation costs and inventory costs,taking the minimum transportation cost and inventory cost within one month time period as the objective function,taking into account the constraints of the power plant inventory,berths,and the maximum ship load,and building a hybrid based on the space-time network.Integer programming model;then use the genetic algorithm and Matlab software to solve the model,and obtain the optimization results under the three schemes;finally compare the optimization results of each scheme with the current status of H company to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the scheme.To solve the problems of H company's coal shipping in coastal power plants.
