Coal plays an important role in our country s energy structure,and the safety of coal supply is a necessary condition for ensuring the smooth operation of China's economy.The spatial dislocation of coal production and consumption determines that coal transportation is the key to solving the balance of coal supply and demand.At present,the adjustment of transportation structure and the reform of railway and other departments will also bring about new changes in the existing coal transportation pattern.Coal transportation process involves multiple modes of transportation.Establishing a set of scientific optimization schemes of coal transportation path is conducive to achieving efficient transportation of coal resources and strengthening the combined advantages of different transportation modes.lt is a very complex and arduous task to make use of the existing transportation resources to formulate a scientific and reasonable coal transportation route optimization scheme.In this regard,this paper mainly carries out the following research work:Firstly,this paper analyzes the supply and demand of coal in China from the perspective of coal production,consumption,import and export status in recent years,further analyzes the situation of China's coal comprehensive transportation from the perspective of coal transportation pattern,comprehensive transportation channel layout and scale,and points out the problems and development trends of coal transportation channels.Secondly,study the cost of coal transportation based on multimodal transport,in addition to analyzing the economic costs of three modes of coal transportation:railway,highway and waterway,the time cost and external cost of coal transportation were also analyzed.Thirdly,on the basis of cost analysis,taking the arc model as the basic model of coal transportation route optimization,this paper constructed the optimization model of coal transportation route based on multimodal transportation.And designing a two-stage algorithm based on reasonable K short circuit.The first stage uses the improved K short circuit algorithm to solve the reasonable transportation path between the coal production and sales sites,the second stage uses Cplex software to distribute coal flow,finally obtains the coal flow distribution and transportation path optimization scheme under the multimodal transport network.Finally,taking the coal transportation in Shanxi Province as the research object,the topology network of coal transportation channel under the comprehensive transportation network is constructed,validating the model and analyzing the case,the results of route optimization without considering external costs and external costs are compared and analyzed respectively.The scale effect of heavy-haul railways and the sensitivity of railway and waterway freight rates were analyzed,and relevant recommendations were made based on the results of the examples.The paper can provide a scientific basis for the development of regional coal comprehensive transportation network optimization plan in the context of multimodal transport,promoting the rational division of labor among modes of transportation,and reducing the cost of coal transportion.There are 18 pictures,26 tables and 70 references.
