Heavy metals are a class of inorganic pollutants that cannot be degraded in the environment. They are widely present in the environment and have strong bioaccumulation. They can enter the human body through various routes and can accumulate in the body for a long time, which ultimately causes harm to human health..We evaluate the influence of elements in the environment on the human body.Usually, the blood and urine content are measured, but the sample is easy to deteriorate, and it is inconvenient to transport and store, and it only represents the metabolism of the elements in the near future.Hair is one of the important ways of human metabolism.Unlike other tissues, human hair is not easily reabsorbed once it is deposited in the hair. Therefore, its content reflects the accumulation of elements for a long time.Changes in the levels of trace elements in the hair can also diagnose a variety of diseases and certain physiological phenomena. This paper mainly summarizes the normal reference values of heavy metals in residents' hairs at home and abroad, and systematically expounds the content of heavy metals in hair of different residents in different regions, and analyzes the causes and influencing factors. The development trend is summarized. In this paper, the hairs of residents in four districts of Anqing City(106 samples),Yueshan(110 samples),Taihu Lake(103 samples)and Yuexi(samples 118)were used as research objects,on-site collection and laboratory testing.Based on the analysis of data processing, the differences of the contents of six heavy metals Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Pb and Hg in the hair of residents were analyzed. At the same time, according to the results of the questionnaire survey,420 samples of cereals(mainly rice),meat(mainly pork)and vegetables(mainly vegetables)consumed by residents in four districts of Anqing City were collected and their heavy metal contents were collected.analysis.Through the feeding route, the heavy metal content in the food intake of residents in Anqing City was compared with ADI to conduct a risk assessment of human health.Through research, the following results are obtained:The average content of Cu in the hair of Anqing residents was(14.82±5.23)mg/kg,the average content of Zn was(119.10±30.15)mg/kg,and the average content of Cd was(0.97±0.15)mg/kg.The average content of Pb was(4.41±1.98)mg/kg and the average content of Hg was(0.48±0.17)mg/kg.Through the analysis of the contents of six heavy metals in Cu,Zn,Cd,Cr,Pb and Hg in the hair samples of residents in four districts of Anqing,it is found that the contents of heavy metals in the hair of Anqing urban and Yueshan residents are generally higher than those in Taihu and Yuexi.High,in which the content of Cd and Pb is relatively more obvious. For gender, the content of Cu,Cr,Pb,and Hg was slightly higher than that of men.The content of Zn and Cd was basically the same as that of men,but the results of statistical tests showed that there was no significant difference in the content of heavy metals and gender. For different ages(15-40 years old for the youth group,40-60 years for the middle-aged group,>60 for the elderly group),we found that the content of heavy metal Cu in the residents' hair: Cu content of different ages of Yueshan residents Both are higher than other regions,Zn content:residents of different ages in Anqing City have higher hair Zn content, and the urban,Taihu and Yuexi regions have a decreasing hair content from the youth group to the middle-aged group. Then it gradually increases with age.Among them,Cu and Zn have significant differences in the young and old groups.Cd content: in the youth group and the elderly group, the highest in the urban area, the lowest in Yuexi.Cr content: The hair content of residents in urban,Taihu and Yuexi districts increased with age,and there was no significant difference between Cd and Cr in different age groups.Pb content: The content of Pb in hair of residents in urban youth group is higher. In the Yueshan area and Yuexi area, the hair content of the residents from the youth group to the middle-aged group increased significantly, reached the highest in the middle age,and then gradually decreased with the increase of age,and there were significant differences in the middle-aged group and the old-age group.Hg content:The Hg content of Yueshan in the different age groups was the highest, and there were significant differences in the youth group and the middle age group. The average content of six heavy metals in three foods in Anqing: cereals, meat, and vegetables were: the average value of Cu in cereals was 1.7075 mg/kg,and the average value of Zn was 19.76 mg/kg.The average value of Cr is 0.67 mg/kg,the average value of Pb is 0.029 mg/kg,the average value of Hg is 0.0104 mg/kg,the average value of Cu in meat is 0.33 mg/kg,and the average value of Zn is 20.53 mg./kg,the average value of Cd is 0.036mg/kg,the average value of Cr is 0.0453mg/kg,the average value of Pb is 0.0371mg/kg,the average value of Hg is 0.0056mg/kg,and the average value of Cu is 0.379mg/kg.The mean value is 2.825mg/kg,the average value of Cd is 0.02mg/kg,the average value of Cr is 0.04mg/kg,the average value ofPb is 0.037mg/kg,the average value of Hg is 0.004mg/kg,and GB15199-1994,GB2762-2017 comparison found that its content is within the safe range value.Comparing the daily intake of the three foods with ADI,it was found that the percentage of Cd in cereals(15.21%)and meat(12.36%)was the highest, and the percentage of Cr(10.49%)in vegetables was the highest, which deserved attention. On the whole, the health risks caused by food intake in Anqing City are extremely small, and food can be safely consumed.
