Electrostatic spinning method has the advantages of high efficiency,simple,easy to industrialization and wide source of raw materials.It is a method of continuous preparation of high aspect ratio and self-supporting structure of ultra-fine fiber membrane.It has a high application value in the preparation of supercapacitor diaphragm and electrode active material.In this paper,electrostatic spinning technology was used to prepare porous fluorine copolymer electrode diaphragm and carbon fiber electrode material,and ionic liquid was used as electrolyte to assemble supercapacitor.The following aspects were mainly studied:?1?Preparation of fluoropolymer polyvinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene?P?VDF-HFP??porous fiber membrane.P?VDF-HFP?was used as the fibrous material,and different types of polyvinylpyrrolidone?PVP?were used as the pore-forming agent.The results show that when P?vdf-hfp?concentration is 20 wt%,PVP model is PVP K30 and the concentration is 35 wt%,P?VDF-HFP?:PVP=5:3.5,the prepared P?VDF-HFP?porous fiber membrane has a good pore structure.The porosity was 1.650 x 100%.?2?Preparation of RGO@composite carbon fiber.Using P?VDF-HFP?and polyacrylonitrile?PAN?as fibrous substances,the prepared graphite oxide?GO?was surface modified by surfactant,which was blended with P?vdf-hfp?/PAN composite electrospinning precursor,and GO@P?VDF-HFP?/PAN fiber was prepared by electrospinning method.The results showed that when the concentration of P?VDF-HFP?was 20 wt%,the concentration of PAN was 17 wt%,and the surfactant used for GO modification was DTAC and P?VDF-HFP?:PAN=1:3,the GO@P?VDF-HFP?/PAN fiber could be loaded with GO,and the prepared GO@P?VDF-HFP?/PAN fiber had a good morphology and structure.?3?TheGO@P?VDF-HFP?/PANfiberwasheattreatedtoobtain RGO@P?VDF-HFP?/PAN carbon fiber.BET analysis showed that the specific surface area reached 1799.0 m2·g-1.Using the prepared P?VDF-HFP?porous fiber membrane as the diaphragm,RGO@P?VDF-HFP?/PAN carbon fiber as the electrode material,ionic liquid as the electrolyte,the assembly of all-fiber supercapacitor.Its electrochemical properties were characterized by ac impedance analysis,cyclic voltammetry analysis and constant current charge-discharge analysis.,according to the results of the fiber type super capacitor has a lower internal resistance?0.74??,high specific capacitance(154.0 F·g-1),a high energy density(262.0 Wh·kg-1),high performance power(39.7 kW·kg-1),the charging and discharging efficiency was 99.0%.
