Uv initiated polymerization technology has the advantages of simple operation,small heat loss and short reaction time.The nano fiber membrane prepared by electrostatic spinning technology has high porosity,large specific surface area and special network structure,which has a good application prospect of the field of adsorption and removal of pollutants.In this paper,acrylic acid and acrylamide as monomers,hydroxypropyl acrylate,ethylene glycol as crosslink agent,(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)diphenyl phosphine oxide(TPO)as photo initiator,prepolymer was prepared by UV initiated polymerization technology,and then blended with poly acrylonitrile by electrostatic spinning technology to prepare nano fiber membrane.The adsorption properties and mechanism of the nano fiber membrane for methylene blue(MB)and Cu2+were investigated.1.The nano-fiber membrane prepared for acrylic acid,hydroxyl propyl acrylate and poly acrylonitrile as raw materials,under the conditions of mass fraction of acrylonitrile 8%,mass fraction of acrylic acid 8%.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 400mg/L MB solution is 965.05mg/g when the p H of the solution is 7,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 50mg/L Cu2+solution is122.17mg/g when the p H of the solution is 6,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.In the fitting of kinetic model and adsorption isotherm model,it can be seen that the adsorption process of Cu2+on MB conforms to quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.After five times of reuse,the Cu2+adsorption capacity of nano fiber membrane can reach 91%of the initial adsorption capacity.2.The nano-fiber membrane prepared for acrylic acid,ethylene glycol,under the conditions of mass fraction of acrylonitrile 7%,mass fraction of acrylic acid 9%.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 400mg/L MB solution is 1159.38mg/g when the p H of the solution is 7,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 50mg/L Cu2+solution is 137.79mg/g when the p H of the solution is 6,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.In the fitting of kinetic model and adsorption isotherm model,it can be seen that the adsorption process of Cu2+on MB conforms to quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.After five times of reuse,the Cu2+adsorption capacity of nano fiber membrane can reach 83%of the initial adsorption capacity.3.The nano-fiber membrane prepared for acrylic acid,acrylamide,ethylene glycol,under the conditions of mass fraction of acrylonitrile 8%,The mass fraction of acrylic acid plus acrylamide is 9%.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 400mg/L MB solution is 1420.82mg/g when the p H of the solution is 7,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.The adsorption capacity of the nano fiber membrane to 50mg/L Cu2+solution is 184.71mg/g when the p H of the solution is 6,the dosage of adsorbent is 0.01g and 298K.In the fitting of kinetic model and adsorption isotherm model,it can be seen that the adsorption process of Cu2+on MB conforms to quasi-second-order kinetic model and Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.After five times of reuse,the Cu2+adsorption capacity of nano fiber membrane can reach 83%of the initial adsorption capacity.
