The Export Competitiveness Of China's Modern Silk Goods And The Influencing Factors Analysis

After 1840,various trading ports in modern China gradually opened,and Chinese local products soon had a broad overseas market,but the advanced mode of production in capitalist countries also had some impact on the traditional mode of production in modern China.With the development of the overseas market itself,the impact of the western advanced mode of production on the modern Chinese mode of production is becoming more and more obvious.Silk goods are one of the main export commodities.China's modern mode of production has also undergone some new changes in the impact of the western advanced mode of production,resulting in great changes in the export competitiveness of Chinese modern silk goods during this period.Based on this,this paper will study the export competitiveness of silk commodities in modern China.According to previous studies,silk commodities are divided into raw silk products,satin products and sericulture products.Through the analysis of the export situation of silk commodities,it is found that raw silk products and satin products are the most important commodities in the export of silk commodities in modern China.In order to make a more comprehensive analysis of the export competitiveness of China's modern silk goods,it is also very necessary to analyze its export characteristics.It is found that during the period of 1881-1911,the total amount of silk goods showed an increasing trend.The export market is mainly Hong Kong,France,the United States,Italy and India.During 1912-1931,before 1929,the total export was in a continuous growth stage.After 1929,the export of silk goods was seriously affected.The United States and Japan gradually became the important export markets of China,and the proportion of Hong Kong and France in the export market decreased greatly.There are some problems,such as the export structure of silk commodities is single,the concentration rate of export market is high,and the structure of export market is unstable.By simply combing the export situation of Chinese modern silk commodities and based on the competitiveness index,this paper analyzes the export competitiveness of Chinese modern silk commodities,and draws the following conclusions:(1)On the whole,the export of silk commodities in modern China has a strong international competitiveness,but the industrial chain of all kinds of commodities is not the same,so the competitiveness of all kinds of commodities is different.(2)The competitiveness of raw silk products in modern China is strong,while that of satin products is weak.From the perspective of international division of labor,modern China is in the position of raw material country in the export of silk commodities in the world market.In order to have an in-depth understanding of the export competitiveness of Chinese modern silk commodities,this paper analyzes the factors that affect the export competitiveness of Chinese modern silk commodities,and draws the following conclusions: the factors affecting the export competitiveness of Chinese modern silk commodities are complex.The development of production technology and sericulture education is the key.In this paper,through the analysis of production technology(silk reeling technology,weaving technology)and sericulture education,it is found that under the influence of natural geographical environment,production technology and sericulture education are widely distributed in the main sericulture producing areas,and show the characteristics of gradual development from coastal areas and rivers to inland areas.
