Design Of Urban Wetland Park Combining Mangrove Ecological Restoration

Mangroves grow on the coastal beach of the tropical and subtropical land-ocean junction zone.They are a special ecosystem of land-to-ocean transition.They play an important role in windbreak,wave dissipation,protection of embankments,purification of seawater and maintenance of atmospheric carbon and oxygen balance.They are also habitats for many animals to survive.They are of great significance to the ecological environment security and species diversity protection in coastal areas.Since the 20th century,China's coastal areas have taken the lead in rapid development with their superior geographical location.Urban space has been expanding to the ocean and eroding coastal space.Coastal mangrove wetlands have been damaged to varying degrees,which not only disturbs the survival of animals and plants,but also threatens the lives and property safety of coastal residents.In order to protect mangroves in cities,animal habitats and natural ecological environment,this paper explores the design method of urban wetland parks based on the protection and restoration of mangrove wetlands from the perspective of landscape architecture,expecting to rebuild urban coastal forests,maintain coastal ecological security,and realize the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.Based on the in-depth study on the ecological restoration of mangrove wetland and the planning and design methods of urban wetland parks,combined with the analysis of relevant actual landing projects,this paper summarizes and puts forward the design methods of urban wetland parks based on the protection and restoration of mangrove wetland,and takes Longwang Bay Urban Wetland Park in Zhanjiang as the research object to carry out specific design practice.The purpose of the study is to explore the landscape construction methods to achieve a balance between urban development and mangrove survival,and further explore the expression of landscape design of urban characteristic wetland parks,hoping to provide some reference for similar urban wetland park construction in the future.
