Lake waters in urban areas are the regions where human production activities and ecological environment interact most strongly,and they are the core part of urban ecological environment,economy and culture,and life and entertainment.In recent years,with the continuous development of urbanization,the water ecological environment of urban lake basins has also been affected to a certain extent.The rapid development of economy and the improvement of ecological environment protection highlight a series of problems.Jinji Lake is one of the largest urban lakes in China,a national 5A-level tourist attraction,and a dense business district in the Jinji Lake area.It is a hot spot in the city.However,Jinji Lake has the worst water quality in the main inner lakes of Suzhou,and the environmental problems such as lake eutrophication,lake water pollution and ecosystem weakening continue to occur and occur,which greatly affects the nearby people.Production and living activities.Geographic Information System(GIS)is a computer technology with spatial information processing and analysis capability that has grown rapidly in recent years.It is an effective means to discretize and visualize water quality models.It plays a role in ecological environment and water resources protection.The role of the pilot can integrate the storage management of water quality data,the analysis of spatial geographic information and the water quality assessment model into a common community,which has important practical significance for improving the level of management planning of rivers and lakes.The author takes Suzhou Jinji Lake as the research object,and designs and develops the Jinji Lake basin basic database based on the information of Jinji Lake basin geospatial information and water quality monitoring data.The system uses C#language,Visual Studio2012 as the integrated development environment,adopts the ArcGIS Engine10.2 secondary development control provided by ESRI,selects MsAccess2012 as the background database,and integrates the single factor index evaluation model and the comprehensive pollution index evaluation model into the GIS system.The GIS-based Jinji Lake water environment monitoring and management information system was designed and completed.Based on the specific content of the water environment monitoring and management work in Jinji Lake Basin,this paper mainly does the following work:Using ArcGIS Engine 10.2 secondary development control design and construction ofa visual information system that can manage the water environment information of Jinji Lake,fully It has exerted the advantages of GIS on the display,processing,calculation and analysis of spatial information,and realized the basic operation functions of maps such as translation,roaming and eagle eye.Based on the research data of Jinji Lake in 2018,the system established the function module of Jinji Lake for water quality information database,which can scientifically and effectively manage the collected data.The module can also perform statistical analysis and storage management functions on the basic data..According to the actual situation of the water quality of Jinji Lake,an appropriate water quality evaluation model was selected to analyze and evaluate the water body,and the scientific evaluation of the field measured data was basically realized.The system is easy to operate and clear in structure.The data is transmitted and shared through the common interface.It can quickly and easily query the water quality information of Jinji Lake and generate relevant charts,and make accurate analysis and evaluation of the main pollutants.It solves the problems of low water quality information management level,inaccurate evaluation and timely,and provides a reliable management service platform for water quality improvement in the basin,and improves the information construction level of Jinji Lake Basin.
