The electric heating film is a material that converts electric into thermal by the thermal effect of electric current.The electric heating film for traditional heating uses metal or metal oxide as a conductive unit,which has some disadvantages such as low electro-thermal radiation conversion efficiency and easy oxidation.Use nano-carbon material(grapheme and cabon nanotube)as a conductive unit can meet the requirements of electrothermal wood products under low voltage load,and has the advantages of fast heat generation,high electro-thermal radiation conversion efficiency,and oxidation resistance.The nano-carbon material was used as a conductive unit to composite with nano-cellulose to prepare an electrothermal film.Study on the physical and mechanical properties,electrieal properties and electrothermal properties of nano-carbon material electrothermal film.The relationship between the amount of nano-carbon material added and load voltage as well as that between the amount of nana-earbon material added and heating temperature was determined.The specific conclusions are as follows:(1)Prepared different additive amounts of graphene,carbon nanotube and graphene/carbon nanotube electrothermal film.When the content of conductive elements in the film is 40wt%,the electro-thennal radiation conversion rates of graphene,carbon nanotube and graphene/carbon nanotube electrothermal film can reach 34.93 mW/?,30.85mW/? and 32.45mW/?,the electro-thennal radiation conversion effect of carbon nanotube electrothermal film is the best,but the uniformity needs to be improved.(2)The surface heating temperature can be set to the temperature required for the electrothermal wood product under the condition that the loading voltage is lower than the safe voltage(36V),when grapheme graphene electrothermal film are with graphene content of 50-60wt%,carbon nanotube electrothermal film are with carbon nanotube content of 30-60wt%,and graphene/carbon nanotube electrothennal film are with total content of conductive element of 40wt%.(3)The carbon nanotube electrothermal film and the graphene/carbon nanotube electrothermal film with the conductive unit content of 40wt%have good electrothermal cycling performance in the 750min energization cycle,and the disorder degree and defect density of nano-carbon material are not affected.Based on the above conclusions,the graphene/carbon nanotube electrothermal film with a total content of 40 wt%of conductive elements is superior in performance and can be applied to electrothermal wood composite materials.
