Since the first standing ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator has been successfully developed in the world in 1987,the ore dressing level of magnetic minerals has been greatly improved.At present,the global capacity of the magnetic separator is over 3000 units,which poses a challenge to the efficient after-sale service,real-time and accurate operation status monitoring and accurate fault diagnosis of magnetic separators.With the development of science and technology,GSM network technology is becoming more and more mature,and the application of this technology in many remote communication projects.At the same time,in order to respond to the call of the country to build a green and intelligent mine,the mineral processing equipment is more intelligent.The objective of this research is to apply the technology to the magnetic separator remote diagnosis and state monitoring link,make customer service technicians with master status and parameter of field equipment timely and accurately in the separator failure,eventually forming a complete set of remote monitoring system based on magnetic separator GSM.The remote monitoring system of magnetic separator based on GSM is composed of data acquisition module,data processing module,data remote communication positioning module and cloud service platform.Can a number of information parameters on the magnetic separator for sampling,filtering and the final equipment condition information transmitted to the data processor;combined with the external input signal,data processing system can realize the fault diagnosis of the magnetic separator,including control cabinet,inverter fault alarm,and the information is sent to the analysis and judgment of communication buffer to query;through the GSM network,realize the system with the remote terminal communication function,the terminal can accurately obtain equipment status,geographical location and other information;a global positioning and cloud platform.The technician can monitor the status and information of the equipment directly and accurately at the far end.The project developed complete sets of system equipment has been installed in the control cabinet separator,sampling,processing and send the information to the remote terminal number information parameters of the magnetic separator equipment,technical personnel to the user or magnetic separation equipment production enterprise management personnel,via SMS or cloud platform to the separator device location information,real-time operation state to understand the data in the first time,remote monitoring,part of the equipment fault detection function,the index is expected to reach.
