Oil-gas storage and transportation pipeline network is a part of the national infrastructure, pipeline engineering is the main means to transport energy, in modern society, pipeline plays an important role. How to insure oil-gas pipeline to run safely and reliably during the earthquake in the future is always a problem that should be solved. At present, the Japanese pond's earthquake early warning and shut-off system, and the gas early warning system, both of them give the great help in earthquake disaster mitigation and earthquake emergency. Their work is worth of using for reference to us.At first, the basic technological process of the long-distance-oil-gas -transmission pipeline engineering is investigated and studied in this paper, the fast evaluation model for earthquake damage of long-distance-oil-gas-transmission pipeline engineering is constructed, the earthquake vulnerability analytical method of the pipeline and the oil tank is researched. Regarding the consecutive pipe as the elastic foundation beam and considering the interaction between the soil and the pipe, the earthquake vulnerable analysis of buried pipeline is studied by wave theory, the interaction between the solid and the liquid in the oil tank is considered in the process of studying the oil tank's vulnerability, the code checking method is applied to evaluate oil tank's aseismic ability. Second, making use of the GIS Acview3.2 software platform, the basic information system of the long-distance-oil-gas-transmission pipeline is constructed in the paper, moreover, with the Avenue language of Acview3.2, the fast evaluation software of the pipe and the oil tank is compiled. Meanwhile, a GIS based earthquake damage fast evaluation system of the long-distance-oil-gas- transmission pipeline engineering is developed. At last, the SCADA system is studied, including its function, its structure and so on, as well as the application of the SCADA system in the pipeline industry. The SCADA system is compared with the earthquake emergency response system, and the conclusion is that the earthquake information disposal module can be integrated in the SCADA system. The work of the dissertation has profound significance to insure the safety of energy supply systems of our country inAbstractfuture earthquakes.
