Phthalocyanine compounds are excellent photosensitizers because of their good thermal and chemical stability and good absorption in the visible region. In this thesis,we synthesized two kinds of metal-free phthalocyanine dyes which can absorb near-infrared light, which can contain four butylamino groups and can act as photosensitizers, and study their photothermal and reactive oxygen effects on near-infrared light irradiation;Synthesis of a metal organic framework of phthalocyanine and its application in photothermal therapy.?.Nanoparticles HSA-?-Pc and HSA-?-Pc were obtained by self-assembly of?-Pc and?-Pc using human serum albumin?HSA?.The obtained HSA nanoparticles have high absorption in the near-infrared region, low cell dark toxicity and good membrane permeability, and high efficiency of photothermal conversion.HSA-?-Pc showed higher phototoxicity than HSA-?-Pc due to the production of higher reactive oxygen species. The metal-free phthalocyanine-based nanoparticles can be well applied to the treatment of tumor cells by a photosensitizer capable of both photodynamic therapy and photothermal therapy in combination with phototherapy on a single near-infrared source.?.The ZnPc@UiO-68-NH2 material is obtained by in-situ assembly, and the material has good crystallinity, regular morphology and high photothermal conversion efficiency. The ZnPc@UiO-68-NH2 material has low cell dark toxicity and high phototoxicity through the property test and cell experiments, and it has obvious advantages in killing tumor cells by photothermal therapy. The results show that:the nanoparticles obtained by self-assembly of the synthesized phthalocyanine molecules have good photodynamic and photothermal properties. The MOFs materials obtained by in-situ assembly have important value in photothermal treatment of tumor cells.
