According to the statistical analysis of 581 oil tank accidents,nearly one-third of the accidents have caused fires and explosions,causing serious damage to the oil depot construction and equipment,and even casualties.Based on the summary and analysis of the research results of some scholars at home and abroad,this Paper conducts experiments and simulation studies based on the mechanism of water mist,numerical simulation and research status of water mist containing additives.Water mist mechanism and experimental research.It is concluded that the Particle size of the droplet is small with the increase of pressure;during the movement of the water mist,the Particles collide with the Particles and bond together to become Particles with larger Particle size.As the distance increases,The probability of collision of Particles will gradually increase.The Particle size distribution of fine water mist is mainly concentrated in the range of 100-200?m under the pressure of 2.0MPa.In this interval,the proportion of Particles decreases with the decrease of height;The pressure increase first appeared to increase and then decrease.The experiment determined that the sprinkler had a better fire extinguishing effect when the distance between the nozzle and the nozzle was 2.5 m at a height of 1.5 m from the fire source.Based on the experimental mechanism research,experimental and numerical simulations of single-phase flow and two-phase flow water mist nozzles,water mist containing NaCl solution and water droplet size under different pressure conditions were carried out.Under the experimental conditions,the effect of water mist suppression on crude oil fire under 2.0MPa pressure is best;the fire extinguishing effect of dual-phase flow fire extinguishing system containing nitrogen> The fire extinguishing effect of single-phase flow fire extinguishing system without nitrogen>Two-phase flow nozzle> Single-phase flow The nozzle;the experimental study on the water mist of the additive solution found that about 2% of the NaCl solution water mist solution had the best fire extinguishing effect;the simulation of different Particle size and flux water mist showed that the water mist Particle size was 100?m,The flux of 5L/min is the most suitable for actual fire fighting needs.According to the experimental results of the best experimental pressure,nozzlesPacing,water mist Particle size,fog flux,etc.,the numerical value of the heating value,nozzle number,flow rate,Particle size,etc.of the 100,000 m3 floating roof tank seal Perform simulation Parameter settings.The simulation results show that under the Parameter setting,the water mist can effectively reduce the heat release rate of the fire source in the seal ring;the temperature and flame proPagation speed can be finally suppressed,and the oxygen and nitrogen concentrations in the seal ring are finally reduced to one.Lower level.Based on the previous chapters on the experimental study of water mist suppression in the water mist,combined with the current main measures of oil storage tank fire emergency,the main fire emergency disposal technology of crude oil storage tanks under four fire conditions is proposed.
