To more effectively extinguish the fire and improve the efficiency of extinguishing,the S-type aerosol fire extinguishing agent formula was optimized via the simple variable method and the orthogonal experiment.The performance of the optimized formula was tested including fire extinguishing performance,combustion performance,and safety and storage performance.The influence of these factors on the fire extinguishing time was analyzed,including space location,the amount of extinguishing agent,the numbers of devices,and diameter of oil pool,temperature and humidity.A kind of automatic linkage fire extinguishing system was designed to put out a fire which was happened in early time.In addition,the smoking diffusion flow of S-type aerosol fire extinguishing agent was studied by FDS simulation software.Conclusions are as follows:(1)By orthogonal experimental method to determine the proportion of adhesive and regulator,the percentage of strontium nitrate and potassium nitrate and cooling material experiment,finally determine the experiment formula:strontium nitrate 40%,potassium nitrate 27%,dicyandiamide 26%,phenolic resin 3%,magnesium 1%,six methyl tetramine 1%,potassium oxalate 2%.(2)The weight loss rate of copper was 0.059%and the weight loss rate of aluminum was 0.307%,the corrosion resistance of the formula was good.The results of insulating properties of solid deposits were 125 MQ,the insulating performance was good.The highest temperature is less than 600 ? by infrared thermometer.The test on the impact sensitivity,friction sensitivity,thermal stability were zero without light and smoking phenomenon.Class A fire and class B fire were respectively tested,fire extinguishing performance was good.(3)To improve the efficiency of fire extinguishing,space location,the amount of extinguishing agent,the numbers of devices,and diameter of oil pool,temperature and humidity were studied.The intelligent automatic fire extinguishing device put out the diameter of 4 cm oil pool fire in the chamber 70cm×45cm×55cm,induction period 27s,fire extinguishing time15s.(4)The simulation results show that the FDS had the same trend with the experimental results.The influence of space location and the fire extinguishing concentration on the fire extinguishing time was consistent with the experimental results.
