The Study On The Impact Of Environmental Regulation On The Green Development Of Industrial Enterprises In Shanxi Province

In recent years,the economic development trend of Shanxi Province is in a good situation on the whole,but at the same time,the ecological environment has been destroyed and faced with serious problems.Environment is the basis of economic development has become a social consensus,so promoting the awareness of environmental protection and reducing the damage to the ecological environment has become an important work in Shanxi Province.For a resource-rich province like Shanxi,resource-dependent industrial enterprises occupy an important position in Shanxi's economy,and the development of industrial enterprises is very important for Shanxi's economic development.In recent years,Shanxi Province has promoted new environmental protection technologies,encouraged the use of low-energy equipment,and closely monitored pollution emissions.The implementation of environmental regulation in Shanxi Province is bound to have an impact on the way of industrial development.How to maintain the competitiveness of industrial enterprises under various conditions of environmental regulation,meet the requirements of market competition,and ultimately achieve green development is a hot issue.Based on the above background,the analysis of the impact of environmental regulation on the green development of industrial enterprises is of great significance to a more comprehensive analysis of the organic role of environmental regulation on the transformation of the development mode of industrial enterprises,and to better realize the long-term economic and social development.There are many theories about environmental regulation.Experts and scholars at home and abroad hold different views,both positive and negative,but most of them hold positive views that environmental regulation is conducive to the green development of industry.The first step of this paper is based on the research,analysis and summary of the relevant literature,and makes a systematic analysis of the concepts and functions of environmental regulation affecting the green development of industrial enterprises.The paper selects the industrial data of Shanxi Province from 2001 to 2017 for empirical research,and uses DEA model to analyze the efficiency of environmental regulation.It is concluded that the efficiency of environmental regulation is a fluctuating upward trend.The efficiency of environmental regulation measures the degree of environmental protection in a region,and the result shows that ShanxiProvince pays more and more attention to environmental protection.The data of economic growth,technological innovation and pollution reduction of industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province are analyzed by using Ewives 9 software.The positive effects of environmental regulation efficiency on economic growth,technological innovation and pollution reduction of industrial enterprises in Shanxi Province are analyzed.According to the conclusion of the study,it can be concluded that the development of environmental regulation can promote the economic growth of industrial enterprises in general,have a positive impact on technological innovation,and can also effectively promote the pollution reduction of industrial enterprises.Finally,the corresponding measures and suggestions are put forward based on the research conclusions.The results show that environmental regulation is one of the important factors to promote the green economic development of industrial enterprises.It is conducive to technological innovation,economic growth and pollution reduction of industrial enterprises.It is also conducive to guiding enterprises on the road of sustainable development and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of social economy.The conclusions can provide reference for industrial enterprises to better adapt to regulations and achieve green development.
