The constant improvement of the market economy and the continuous improvement of the economic have promoted the development of industrial agglomeration.As an emerging development model,industrial agglomeration has improved the technological level and innovation capability of enterprises.And reduce the waste of resources caused by corporate production.On the other hand,the demand for energy resources has been enlarged due to the development of industrial agglomeration,which inevitably leads to over-consumption of materials and waste,resulting in serious environmental pollution.Industrial production is an important part of environmental pollution in China.Therefore,analyzing the relationship between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution and the impact of technological innovation on environmental pollution is very necessary to coordinating economic development and ecological environment.This article combines the theories of industrial agglomeration and its stage development characteristics,sorts out the influence of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution,and analyzes the effect of technological innovation on environmental pollution,and adopts 30 provincial panel data of China from 2004 to 2015.A panel data model incorporating spatial factors was constructed to empirically analyze the impact of industrial agglomeration,technological innovation and the interaction between industrial agglomeration and technological innovation on China's environmental pollution.Through empirical tests,the research results show that:(1)There are differences in the direction and degree of influence of different levels of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution,and there is a nonlinear relationship between them,and the overall relationship appears as an N-type curve,;(2)Technological innovation has a significant role in improving environmental pollution;and the interaction between industrial agglomeration and technological innovation does not have a positive effect on improving environmental quality.(3)The degree of influence of industrial agglomeration on environmental pollution exists regional differences,and there is an N-type curve between industrial agglomeration and environmental pollution in the eastern and central regions,but the western region has not shown this curve relationship due to many factors.(4)Foreign direct investment has aggravated China's environmental pollution.Upgrading industrial structure and environmental regulation have a positive effect on improving environmental quality.According to the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions.
