Under the background of the deepening of industrialization and urbanization in China, the problem of air pollution has become more and more serious, leading to the increasingly contradiction between economic development and environmental protection.Especially in recent years, the smoggy weather that frequently occurs in many places has caused widespread domestic and foreign Concerned, air quality has undoubtedly become one of the hot topics discussed by people today. The rapid development of the social economy has brought great convenience to people's production and life, but also brought a series of negative effects. On the one hand, the decline in air quality will hinder the sustainable development of the economy. The increase in air pollution has increased the cost of pollution control, undermined the balance between resources and the environment, and constrained economic development. On the other hand, air pollution can damage the physical and mental health of human beings. This paper takes 113 cities in ten regions as the research object.Firstly,it uses the social network analysis method to construct the spatial communication network of urban air quality within ten regions, and characterizes the spatial correlation network of air quality. At the same time, based on the matrix relationship between the air quality spatial correlation network and the specific indicators of the influencing factors, the influencing factors of the urban air quality spatial connection network are discussed by the algorithm of the Quadratic Assignment Procedure(QAP)in the social network analysis method.Through analysis, the following important conclusions were drawn: the spatial correlation map of air quality in each region presents a typical complex network pattern with obvious spillover relationship and “core-edge”structure.And the number of central cities in each region is different, and the spillover relationship is complicated. The spatial correlation of air pollution is confirmed, and the degree of convergence with social networks is relatively high;the average path length of the spatial network of the ten regions and all cities is between 1-2,that is,any two cities can be linked by 1-2 Other cities, and the spatial correlation network of air pollution is more cohesive. From a practical point of view, any city is not an isolated node, but has multiple influence relationships, which provides a basis for the control of air pollution across cities and regions. And taking the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the Yangtze River Delta region and the Central Plains as examples, the core cities in each regional network are quantitatively analyzed;the driving factors affecting the spatial correlation of urban air quality Among them, spatial distance, the level of economic development, and industrial structure have the most extensive influence.Energy consumption, urban construction scale, greening level, and population density have significant effects in other regions.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper proposes a more targeted policy suggestion:in the face of air pollution spatial correlation network and dynamic interaction,it is imperative to create a cross-regional pollution control joint force to innovate the air pollution joint prevention and control system;Economic development, transforming the way of urban economic development;in order to effectively cope with the spatial relationship of air pollution, cities should strengthen coordination in terms of rational control of urban population size and economic development mode to achieve the progress of the economy and the environment.
