With the development of economy and industrialization, people pay more attention to the problem of global climate warming, which causes the countries to pay more attention to the control of greenhouse gas emissions and the development of low-carbon energy-saving economy.Carbon dioxide is the main greenhouse gas in the atmosphere. Its excessive emissions will bring great pressure to the ecological environment, which will lead to the change of the climate conditions of a country and then affect the productive capacity, which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the economy and society.China is a big carbon emitter in the world. It is also the first developing country to formulate and implement the ?National Plan to deal with Climate change?.To study carbon emissions in depth in order to formulate effective emission reduction measures will not only help us to reduce carbon emissions,It is also the core issue of the major strategy of coordinated economic development and environmental development among provinces in China. The provinces in China are the implementation areas of the carbon emission reduction policy and the main body of the implementation of the carbon emission reduction policy. Therefore,it is very important to study the spatial distribution and spatial correlation of China's inter-provincial carbon emissions, explore the influencing factors of the spatial correlation of carbon emissions, and seek effective countermeasures for China's inter-provincial carbon emission reduction.Firstly, this paper reviews the research status of social network analysis, carbon emission spatial correlation and carbon emission spatial correlation at home and abroad, and discusses the social network analysis, gravity model,QAP regression analysis and other relevant methods and theoretical models.Secondly, based on the ArcGIS technology, the spatial layout of inter-provincial carbon emissions is demonstrated, which lays a realistic foundation for the analysis of carbon emissions. Then,an improved gravitational model is constructed. At the same time, the overall network structure, individual network structure and spatial clustering characteristics of inter-provincial carbon emission spatial network are analyzed by using the social network analysis method, and the factors influencing the spatial correlation of inter-provincial carbon emissions are obtained by using QAP regression. We can draw the following conclusions: from 2006 to 2016,China's carbon emissions as a whole presented a spatial distribution of more north than south less;the overall structure of carbon emission space network was relatively stable and the relationship was close;Shanghai,Jiangsu,Tianjin and Beijing are at the center of the network. From the results of spatial cluster analysis, the areas around Bohai Sea belong to "two-way spillover" plate,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai belong to "net benefit" plate, and resource-rich areas such as Shaanxi and Shanxi are "net spillover" plates. The southwest and central regions belong to the "broker" plate, and the spillover effects of carbon emissions have the characteristics of transmission;geographical proximity, environmental regulation differences and scientific and technological input differences have a significant impact on the spatial correlation of carbon emissions between provinces, the most important of which is the difference of scientific and technological input. The difference of environmental governance has no significant effect on spatial correlation of carbon emissions among provinces. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are given for the study.
