In construction,concrete is the main raw material and has the widest range of applications.However,traditional concrete consumes a lot of natural resources in addition to its shortcomings such as high brittleness and low toughness.The inorganic glazed hollow bead particles have the advantages of light heat preservation,and the steel fiber can strengthen and toughen the concrete and improve its resistance to deformation.In this paper,steel fiber and glazed hollow bead particles are incorporated into concrete to form a new type of glazed hollow bead steel fiber concrete.However,the glazed hollow beads is more obvious to the concrete strength.The use of industrial waste such as silica fume and slag powder to replace the cement ash can not only enhance the performance of the concrete,but also reduce the amount of cement ash and reduce environmental pollution.In order to understand the influence of the addition of new materials on the mechanical properties of concrete,this paper mainly carried out the following work:Test the five basic mechanical properties of cubic compressive strength,axial compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus of glazed hollow bead steel fiber concrete.Study the properties of concrete with different volume of vitrified beads(0%,70%,90%,110%)and different volume of steel fiber(0%,0.6%,1.2%,1.8%)influences and the relationship between the compressive strength of glazed hollow bead steel fiber concrete cube and the other four mechanical properties.Using concrete with 70% of glazed hollow beads and 0.6% of steel fiber as reference concrete,study the change of strength of glazed hollow bead steel fiber concrete when silica fume and silica fume plus slag powder are used instead of cement.The most favorable range of dosage for concrete strength.The main research results are as follows: the compressive strength and elastic modulus of concrete increase slightly with the increase of steel fiber content,and the flexural strength and splitting tensile strength increase remarkably with the incorporation of steel fiber.The glazed hollow beads have a great influence on the compressive strength and elastic modulus of the concrete.The more the amount of the beads decreases,the more the splitting and flexural strength of the concrete does not change significantly when the amount of glazed hollow beads is small.When the amount of beads is large,it is reduced.Silica fume can significantly improve the compressive strength of concrete.When the amount of silica fume is 15%,the compressive strength of concrete increases the most.The slag powder plays a role mainly in the later stage of concrete curing.Compared with silica fume,the effect of the slag powder on concrete compression is small.Both silica fume and slag powder can improve the splitting tensile strength and flexural strength of concrete,but the degree of improvement is less than the compressive strength.Considering factors such as strength and economic and environmental protection,the optimum dosage is 10% silica fume,20% slag powder,and the water-to-binder ratio is reduced from 0.5 to 0.48.
