The discharge of waste liquid in petroleum industry increases year by year,and the environmental pollution problem that arise with it have also been urgently solved.If the waste liquid is not treated or treated improperly,it will cause serious damage to the stratum and ecological environment.The main pollutants in the waste liquid are polyacrylamide,carboxymethyl cellulose(sodium),hydroxypropyl guar gum and other chemical agents,which have the disadvantages of complex components,refractory degradation,and high chemical oxygen demand(COD).The traditional Fenton technology is not easy to be used in oilfields on a large scale.Therefore,this paper transforms the traditional Fenton technology and develops a new Fenton system that combines the functions of strong oxidation and high efficiency of the Fenton method and improves the traditional Fenton technology.1.In this paper,bentonite with strong ion exchange ability is used as carrier and metal with certain catalytic activity is loaded.The heterogeneous catalyst prepared by comparing SEM,XPS and viscosity degradation diagram has good catalytic performance.When the addition of pH=9,hydrogen peroxide and catalyst is 5% and 5% respectively at 45 ?,the removal rate of COD of oil field polymers such as hydroxypropyl guar gum can reach 98% after 4 hours of reaction.2.In this paper,bentonite was modified by acid,the layer spacing was changed,and the metal with certain catalytic activity was loaded.The heterogeneous catalyst prepared by comparing SEM,XPS and viscosity degradation diagram had good catalytic performance.When the addition of pH=9,hydrogen peroxide and catalyst is 10% and 5% at 45 ?,the removal rate of COD of oil field polymers such as hydroxypropyl guar gum can reach 97% after 4 hours of reaction.3.In this paper,metal chelates with good catalytic effect were selected and loaded on bentonite with ion exchange ability to prepare heterogeneous catalysts.The prepared catalysts were determined to have good catalytic performance by comparing SEM,XPS and viscosity degradation diagrams.When the catalyst oxidant is at an appropriate amount at 45 ?,pH = 9,the COD removal rate of the oil polymer high polymer such as hydroxypropyl guar can be 98% in 4 hours.Based on the traditional Fenton system,heterogeneous catalysts have been prepared for catalytic degradation of oil field pollutants,which can be carried out in alkaline conditions.The traditional Fenton system has been improved.Through repeated experiments,it was confirmed that the prepared catalyst could be used repeatedly and had certain chemical stability.
