The homogeneity of concrete reflects the uniformity of the distribution of the components in the concrete.When the mix proportions of concretes are the same,its comprehensive performance mainly depends on the level of homogeneity.Highperformance concrete should meet the requirement of high homogeneity.The high homogeneity of concrete is directly related to mixing equipment and processing technology.In recent years,the vibration mixing technology has developed rapidly.When the mixture is stirred by ordinary force,the homogeneity of the mixture and the stirring efficiency of mixing can be improved.So far,vibratory mixing has been applied to ordinary concrete and some progress has been made,but the application research on steel fiber reinforced concrete is still not systematic and perfect.Steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC)is a kind of highly inhomogeneous material.It is difficult for ordinary mixing equipment to ensure its homogeneity,which affects the performance and application of SFRC.In this study,vibration mixing was taken as a new mixing technology.The combination of theoretical analysis and experimental verification was used to carry out experimental research on the properties of SFRC.The main work are as follows.(1)Through the cube compression test,prism compression test and elastic modulus test conducted on 288 specimens of with batching by 16 group mixture proportions,the vibration mixing,matrix strength and volume fraction of steel fiber on compressive property and elastic modulus were analyzed,the influence coefficient of the relevant factors on the compressive property and elastic modulus was obtained and the relevant mathematical expressions were established.Finally,we analyzed and established the relationship between the compressive strength of the prism and cube.(2)Through the splitting tensile test and flexural test conducted on 192 specimens of with batching by 16 group mixture proportions,the vibration mixing,matrix strength and volume fraction of steel fiber on tensive and bending property were analyzed,the influence coefficient of the relevant factors on the tensive and bending property was obtained and the relevant mathematical expressions were established.Finally,we analyzed and established the relationship between the splitting tensile strength and cube compressive.strength.(3)By observing the electron microscope images of the microstructure of SFRC specimens.Study the effects of vibration mixing and volume fraction of steel fiber on the interfacial transition zone and slurry of SFRC.Finally,The effect mechanism of vibration mixing,matrix strength and volume fraction of steel fiber on the performance improvement of steel fiber concrete was analyzed.
