In this thesis,two nitrous oxide-containing compounds,nicotinic acid nitrogen oxide?Hnno?and isonicotinic acid nitrogen oxide?Hino?were selected as the main ligands.Twenty-one structurally controlled coordination polymers were synthesized by solvothermal method with the two ligands and transition metal salts or rare earth salts.The basic structure and properties of the coordination polymer were tested by single crystal X-ray diffractometer?SXRD?,powder X-ray diffractometer?PXRD?,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy?FTIR?,thermogravimetric analyzer?TGA?,elemental analyzer?EA?,superconducting quantuminterferencemagneticmeasurementsystem,UV-visible spectrophotometer and fluorescent phosphorescence pyrolysis spectrometer.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Five cases copper coordination polymers of low dimensional were synthesized by using Hnno or Hino with three pyridine ligands?2,2'-bipyridyl?2-bpy?,phenanthroline?phen?and 2,2'-dipyridylamine?N3??:{[Cu?ino??2-bpy?Cl]·2H2O}n?1?,[Cu?ino??phen?Cl]2·4H2O?2?,[Cu?ino??N3??DMF?]·NO3?3?,[Cu?ino??phen?Cl]·CH3OH?4?and[Cu2?nno?4?2-bpy?2]·2.5CH3CN?5?,respectively.Among them,the coordination polymers 1 and 4 are one-dimensional chain structures,while the coordination polymers 2,3 and 5 are zero-dimensional cyclic structures.The antioxidant activity of the five coordination polymers were tested,and the results show that the coordination polymer 2 was a good candidate for SOD mimetic with IC50 value as low as 0.13?M.Four transition metal coordination polymers were synthesized by using Hnno or Hino with transition metal copper or manganese salts:[Cu3?nno?4?OH?2?H2O?2]n?6?,[Cu?OH??ino?]n?7?,{[Cu?OCH3??ino?]}n?8?and[Mn?ino?2·?CH3OH?]n?9?respectively.The structures of the coordination polymers 6 and 7 are a one-dimensional chain and a two-dimensional layer,respectively,while the coordination polymers 8 and 9 have a three-dimensional structure.Magnetic analysis of the coordination polymers 6,7,8 and 9 revealed that there is an antiferromagnetic interaction between the central ions of the coordination polymers 8 or 9,while there is a weak ferromagnetic interaction between the Cu2+of coordination polymers 6 or 7.Twelve rare earth coordination polymers were synthesized using two main ligands,Hnno or Hino,with rare earth metal salts:{[Ln?nno?2?NO3?]·0.5H2O}n?Ln=La?10?,Ce?11?,Pr?12??,{[Pr?nno?2?NO3?DMF]}n?13?,{[Ln?nno?2Cl?DMF?]·0.5H2O}n?Ln=Ce?14?,La?15?,Pr?16?,Nd?17?,Eu?18??,{[Ho?nno?2Cl]·1.5CH3CN}n?19?,{[Ho?nno?2NO3]·CH3OH}n?20?,{[Eu?ino?2Cl?H2O?2]·2H2O}n?21?,respectively.The coordination polymers 10,11and 12 are three-dimensional structures with one-dimensional pores along the c-axis.Eight structurally similar coordination polymers of 13-20 were constructed by adjusting the solvent and selecting rare earth salts of different anions.The fluorescent probes were studied for the coordination polymers 18 and 21.The two coordination polymers exhibited good recognition?fluorescence quenching?for both nitrobenzene and Fe3+.The Fe3+detection limit of the coordination polymer18 was found to be 0.39?M.The low detection limit indicates that the coordination polymer 18 is a good analyte for identifying Fe3+;and the Pb2+has a fluorescence enhancement effect on the coordination polymer 21.The fiber membranes with luminescent properties were successfully prepared by electrospinning technique with polyvinylpyrrolidone?PVP?and the coordination polymer 18,and the luminescent effect of fiber membrane was best when the loading amount of the coordination polymer 18 was 15%.
