With the development of economy, more and more pesticides are used.Pesticides will remain in the body and harm to the health of human.Pesticide residues are also very important inspection items in domestic food inspection and international food trade. It's important to develop a sensitive and accurate analytical method for the determination of pesticide residues. In this thesis, molecularly imprinted nano-films were synthesized on the surface of nano-silica by Controlled Molecular Imprinting Technology, which can selectively adsorb pentachlorophenol, parathion and DDTs.The results of adsorption properties showed that the nano-imprinted materials had good recognition ability to template molecules, which provided a new method for enrichment and purification of organic pollutants in complex food matrix.A GC-MS/MS method for the determination of four pesticide residues was developed. The gas chromatographic conditions were optimized. The compounds can be separated within 12 minutes. The ion pair information for the analysis and confirmation of the compounds was obtained through full scan and daughter scan. The collision voltage was optimized to improve the sensitivity of detection. The method has good linearity, high sensitivity and good reproducibility.A method for the determination of pentachlorophenol in sea food, parathion in fruits and DDT in tea by molecular imprinting solid phase extraction combined with GC-MS/MS was developed. The method has good sensitivity, recovery and reproducibility. It was applied for the determination of actual samples. Finally, the method was applied to the determination of aquatic products, fruits and tea samples,The results show that this method can meet the actual test requirements.
