the development of Shaoxing rice wine technology through the historical investigation of Shaoxing rice wine production technology,packaging technology development process.On this basis,combined with the current problems of Shaoxing rice wine philosophical relation,with its better protection and heritage of this intangible cultural heritage to provide reference value.Rice wine is one of the
