Due to the special environment in northeast China,many buildings are in saline soil area,and fracture performance of reinforced concrete structure buildings often,easy to cause the salts material through cracks into the concrete internal structure,internal structure of concrete materials such as steel corrosion,lead to a serious loss using performance and durability of the structure.Textile reinforced self-stressing concrete is a new kind of composite material,through the in self-stressing concrete laying particular textile,can effectively improve the crack resistance of concrete,very suitable for use in a combat crack performance requirements of high buildings or as a repairing material for dams,bridges and other structures.Based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China(41430642),National Major Scientific Research Instrument Development Project(41627801),National Natural Science Foundation of China(51108207),China Postdoctoral Science Foundation(2015M581403)and the State Key Laboratory of Frozen Soil Engineering Foundation(SKLFSE201514)as the backing,select textile reinforced self-stressing concrete as the research object,from two aspects of theory and experiment respectively carried out research,further explores the textile reinforced self-stressing concrete crack resistance,the following are the main research contents and conclusions:(1)The cube compressive strength test and split tensile strength test were carried out on the specimens of self-stressing concrete and ordinary concrete,and the limited expansion test was carried out on the specimens of self-stressing concrete.It is found that the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of ordinary concrete specimens are greater than that of self-stressing concrete specimens under the same conditions.The limit expansion test of self-stressing concrete was carried out to investigate the variation of internal self-stress of self-stressing concrete under the condition that the internal self-stress of self-stressing concrete contains different Tex contents of fiber braided mesh and the spacing of fiber braided mesh.(2)A four-point bending test was carried out on a textile reinforced self-stressing concrete slab,and the effects of the concrete slab on the cracking load under differentconcrete matrix,fiber bundle Tex content and the spacing of the fiber-braided mesh were studied.A new model for calculating the cracking load of textile reinforced self-stressing concrete slab is presented,and the theoretical value of the cracking load of the textile reinforced self-stressing concrete is obtained by using the calculation model.(3)According to the textile reinforced self-stressing concrete plate four-point bending test of the actual situation,determine the textile reinforced self-stressing concrete slab boundary conditions and load mode,using the finite element analysis software ANSYS textile reinforced self-stressing concrete slab under the condition of the different factors affecting the cracking performance simulation analysis.
